Not to sound like a broken record but do check out AS, they go up to a 42H in lots of ranges. Would never have shopped in there before as it can have a rep for being for 'skinny minnies' and wore bras from M&S or La Senza which was just whatever size I could get (not flattering or comfy!) but now it's not what I thought at all.

Asda’s tee shirt bras are around £4 in various colours. I tend to buy them and they last around a year.:j I know they do bigger sizes but not sure how small they go.:o:o
Their other bras are good too but a little more expensive if they are patterned, lacy etc.
HTH xxStart by doing what's necessary, then do what's possible and suddenly you are doing the impossible:j
Christmas is not a time but a state of mind :xmassmile
Trying.....Very trying- as my DH would say

Howdy folks,
thanks for all the lovely comments addressed to me, really helped a lot - you lot are diamonds and I would be lost without this thread.
Long selfish post about me... feel free to skip ... just need to offload
I have been googling symptoms (yeah I know but...) and talking to a friend yesterday and am coming to the conclusion that I may be experiencing the peri-menopause. I am really not ready  but then when would you ever be? I am at the right age 45 as well, though at the earlier end of averages. Usually I don't even feel mid forties especially with a 6 year old about and some of my friends with children in their 20s still.
I could of course be wrong but some of my random symptoms were mentioned stuff like forgetfulness, confusion, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, joint aches, indigestion, feeling emotional (eg. nearly cried today when a mum said goodbye to her child, it was so lovely the words she used) and other stuff. A bit like permanent PMT in some ways though not quite the same but I feel hormonal and not my usual self. No hot flushes or night sweats though so not full blown menopause if it is that.
My main thing recently is extreme tiredness to the point of wanting a nap in the afternoon, I mean really craving one like I did when I was pregnant (and before you suggest that... NO I'm not!) I am not even doing a lot lately, hardly touched the housework as feel so very tired, no late nights or anything at all, no alcohol (too tired) and I've not started back with my volunteering or courses and stuff like my baking has ground to a halt as just cba. I have mainly been mucking about on PC and chatting with friends all week, how can I be so tired?
I am starting to panic a little now that I won't be able to cope with my new volunteer role let alone a paid job.
Anyway sorry to moan away. I know lots of people on here (and elsewhere) have it a 100 times worse than me and I feel a wimp. I need to do something positive don't I instead of moaning on here? Exercise, better diet, (even) more sleep, maybe a supplement for menopause etc. Difficult though when you feel like poo.
Can I ask if anyone is willing to share their experiences (if applicable of course) on here or by PM?
right, better go and put tea on. Kids have frozen pizzas and DH and I have a curry bag from supermarket. Very OS. DH was hinting about a takeaway curry as we haven't had one since his last birthday so I thought the supermarket version was much cheaper and we don't have to cook. Kids will be happy too so not all bad eh?

https://www.brastop.com Jem. I'm a big girl too and moved from Bravissimo to there. I generally pay about £17 for the bras we need. As you'll know we have to pay around £30 for our hammocks so it's quite a saving.0

Unfortunately it didn't work for me when I put my shop in this morning. ALDI's name was there but it didn't seem to have anything that was on my list (and it was all normal, run of the mill stuff like butter!)Doctors have said pretty much the same thing to me when assessing depression - Do I work? Would I like to? Have I/do I have money troubles? etc etc but there's ways and means of discussing it and have never felt looked down on because of the answers. I wonder if the GP was going through the motions as he should but maybe didn't execute the words correctly. I feel for you. It is hard enough going into the room and talking about it without feeling anything extra. ...
Just wanted to say that I think the way Princess was treated is despicable. From my own experience (I'm diagnosed with Atypical Bipolar Disorder) being *at* work made me depressed and while working I had more money troubles than I do now because I lived beyond my means to try and make myself feel better, had to buy clothes for work, eating lunch out every day etc. Yes, fuddle's right and Drs do have to ask those and other hard questions (just think about sexual health!) but there are ways of doing it and what Princess experienced is not it. Definitely complain, petal.sorry i haven't been around for a while, been a bit down and not really had much to say....
my OH's contract ended on 31 August but he cant sign up with the supply agencies till all is signed with the solicitors so that means no money:( things are very tense here at the moment. ...(
Sorry to hear you're having such a hard time, bunbun. I'm not a mum so may be way off base but does the school have a swap scheme or anything where you can buy second hand uniform? I'm sure the Primary School here does it but don't know how widespread they are.
My neighbour/waiting in for builder problems have been resolved with tears and apologies on both sides. And the good little extra is that I had a chat with neighbour re gardening and she's no objection to me putting containers out on the wall outside my window with veggies in. Now I'm plotting and scheming ...Household: Laura + William-cat

I was 47 whe I had to have a full complete hysterectomy due to adenomyosis, and they removed my ovaries as well. I was not aware of any peri-menopausal symptoms prior, and declined HRT (didn't like the way the drugs are produced), and I never had any of the usual menopausal issues at all. I had suffered with tiredness in the afternoon and evening before the op, but this stopped when I started a low carb diet. Are you eating a carby lunch? If so, this may be causing sleepiness. Useful tip for those who find they can't nod off, a carby snack just before bed can help!Think big thoughts but relish small pleasures0 -
Happy Birthday Fuddle hope you have done just as you please today and that you have been spoiled.
No rain here yet but we are forecast for very heavy rain all night and in to the morning, it is chilly though, the thermometer in the living room is showing 2 degrees cooler than last night and I have my big fleece hoody on.1 Sealed Pot Challenge # 1480

SQ whether there is a hormonal and age related reason for you feeling so upsy downsy or not, I think you need lots and lots of hugs anyway, so I'm sending them ad lib, take what you need any time, they'll always be waiting honey, poor you, it's not comfortable is it being a certain age? I didn't have a particularly hard time going through the menopause, some heavy monthlies and some tum pains and certainly felt extremely prickly towards the world for a few years but since mid 50s life has certainly been more level and He Who Knows certainly appreciates that I can now NOT say what I would not have hestiated to say before. I certainly don't feel as volatile or quite as firey as I did so it won't last forever, and life will definately be easier for you and everyone else when you're through to the other side!!! Hope that helps, poor you, we do understand, Love Lyn xxx.0
