Just popped on for a minute, got lots to achieve today. Hugs to everyone in need, especially Mrs chip. I am firm believer that an animals life however short should be celebrated by those who made it possible. Poor Docky, minding his own business and getting a kick, please give him my love.

Jem you are doing great, your children are learning through experiencing things and fun, what more could they need.

Monnagran I do hope your new placement will be somewhere nice and that the revs replacement will keep up with all the good work you have both done - if thats humanly possible :)

  • Mrs. Chip I am genuinely sorry to hear about Little Al. You did him proud though.:A

Mrs. LW I wish I could give Docky a big hug. Lily was chased by a horse once. She rolled over into the submissive pose and the bliddy thing started stamping on her! I've never screamed so loudly! Thankfully, the horse was startled and ran off and Lily only suffered shock and bruising. I reported the owner of the horse/field to the council but they said they couldn't do anything, even though a public footpath ran through said field.

P.S. Apples have been juiced and are now in a plastic demi-john. They look like something out of a horror movie though - dark brown sludge with a thick topping of foamy goo. Are you sure they will turn into cider:eek:
Monnagran Hoping your situation sorts itself out. I nearly married a vicar - I count myself lucky that I had a narrow escape!

Just waiting in for an npower chappie to come and give us an energy assessment. Hoping to qualify for the free replacement boiler ....

  • So I’m currently seeing white squares and black letters & numbers! Who knew it was so difficult getting up to date on the paperwork side of things. My own fault for leaving it get this bad. Oh well, A quick break was needed - So I watched a clip on Yout*be. It was about a group of people who is trying to stop unlawful evictions. Amazing really when you relies just how many people are evicted daily and the shocking tactic’s bailiffs will use to enforce their own rules.

I have received a letter today explaining that I have lost my appeal from the HMRC for a so called late tax return. Looks like we’ll be going to tribunal for this matter as I cant believe they would happily over look the fact that they make mistakes and expect others to pay the price.

My mum just called and asked if she can pop down for a cuppa & wanted to know if I wanted to head to the shops with her as a catch up. She’s going away for a few days - So we’re off out in a little bit. Just got two more letters to write up then they can all be posted together.

OH is at his mums today. She asked for some help with decorating as OH dad is working difficult hours, And She just called to say that OH had a “full works” cooked breakfast. Now I know the real reason he was quick to agree :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Anyways, Hugs to everyone that needs them.

  • LILLIBET you have exactly what you should have in your demijohns, and yes, it will turn into cider. I'm looking at exactly that in the study blurping away beside me. It's murky dark brown liquid that looks like pondwater with about 1" of leprous looking orange dimply foam on the top. Believe me, it takes time but the end result is worth it!!! Lyn xxx.

Lyn :( that is awful news. Poor Docky and He Who Knows (is his back ok carrying him?) You must have had one awful shock. They'll be no lasting damage to Docky's leg will there? Lots of strokes and please let him sit on your chair :D;)

Er, as diagnoses go Kez that's a pretty rotten one. Are you ok? I guess when you get to the age of 30, know all your own foibles and have worked out how to cope with life, well, a label won't matter will it. One thing I do notice is you have an incredible need to empathise. You're not only quick to identify a problem but act very quickly to find a way to solve it for the person - remember tea fright and 'which bus aaaaah!'?
  • Thanks FUDDLE as soon as he gets to the point of being able to actually get into my chair, or even his own chair I'll happily vacate it for the duration and let him use it for as long as he needs. Poor old fella's laying on the lino in the hall looking dopey from the pain killer and every now and then he'll struggle to his feet sway about a bit and squeak because he's disoriented and sore. I hope he'll take some food in the near future, I've got to give him an anti inflamatory tablet which needs to be given half an hour after food and he's not even remotely interested in eating at the moment. Hope he's better tomorrow or we'll take him back on the vets advice and see what they say, Cheers Lyn xxx.

Hope He Who Knows won't be suffering later, his poor back nasty.

Lily eek you were very lucky.

Princess that me got through one half, just the other half to go.
I'm okay, i kind of guessed by the way the kids are. but it also explains a lot of things about myself such as the full blown break down i had when i was 11 which caused me to leave full time education. Not that it ever stopped learning, just through books rather than conventionally.

I mean i have to go through all my little routines, i am quite ocd about things, well apart from full blown cleaning as you can tell byt the state of my house :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
why couldn't i have been cursed with that !!!!

Another thing is they people can tell who are asd, prob explains mine and OH's tantrums with each other, but also why were so over protective over our boys and each other. Were each others rocks, even if does do my head in.:o

Daft thing is its not a proper diagnosis just unofficial tests. Apparently they don't really do proper adult diagnosis's just up to 19.

I've ran away from the paperwork for a cuppa.;)

What a lot to catch up on, mostly sad but thankfully turning out better than the day started with the old "Good job we don't know as we wake up what the day will hold"

Forgive me if I don't comment as I know I would miss out someone...but would be saying what has already been said:oWhat a wise community we have on here.

I am so lazy but I did not sleep well and because I had a week off with the foot problem, I am planning quite a busy six days...don't mean to upset anyone having difficult times...most of what I am doing is free or very cheap.

Music club tonight, perhaps a small look around the local train museum tomorrow(think there is a train giving short rides)possibly a concert in the evening with the group Prelude(some of you may remember them.

Thursday(Kezlou/Fuddle)will know this place...a half day coach trip to Redcar.

Friday I'm thinking Preston Park near Stockton my first visit and I think I have found a quick way to get there(an exhibition in the museum I wish to see)another time I want to visit Butterfly World there. Another first. Means changing buses in Fuddle's old town...

    Saturday street performers in Durham...

Sunday an annual show on my own town(I've been disappointed the last few I have gone to)but I said I would go to someone...I'd like to go back to Durham and watch some more performers.

Then either a rest or another event on BH Monday...

Thinking about all the bread I hope to make with/without the bread machine...it will keep me busy in the Autumn/Winter especially.

Thinking back someone said they are not so good with arithmatic...it facinates me as does science but "Maths" is my weakness too. We all have something...

Kez ds9 is apergus and ds13 is also autistic I think I may have some type of as as I do not like people I know it sounds strange but I really struggle as I find they just hurt me. I have close friends only a slect few I have other friends but not real friends if you get what I mean.

We went black berry picking with the naughty dog we got loads Bella is been a handful at present no idea why she just does not listen.

I've sent dh and the man next door to pick up 22 car tyres for me to make my fab garden productive in veg we were going to make it from wood but I needed 4 tyres for my bamboo .so I rang the local trye place to see how much I could buy some for she said if I went at 5 pm I could take as many as I wanted for FREE. We have now decided to do the whole thing with tyres as it won't cost anything.

I am so pleased the money I have saved will go on my winter boots.....
Unless something else pops up that we need for our garden.

Well I better pop off and make dh some tea for when he gets back bless him.
I have dyslexia so I apologize for my spelling and grammar
