  • I know how floors get dirty pet, you just have to take the lurcha up with you when you open up the hothouses and he tapdances in the freshly dug veg beds then gets to the back door before you do and tapdances all over the bottom floor of the house with little peaty black pawprints!!! Why does this ALWAYS happen the day after you wash all the floors???

    Thank heavens it's vinyl flooring!!!
  • Doors get mucky in our house courtesy of the Cairns! they push doors open with either paws or noses :o
    Must use my stash up!

Yay to vinyl flooring, but I'm not so sure that the glass panelled doors were a good idea. Nose art is OldDog's speciality.

good morning everyone, finally back from our holiday x had the best time ever, no children with us for the first time ever and amazingly we got on ... lol.

Came home to a letter from the council, our neighbours reported us for leaving the dog at home, he wasn't on his own dd 19 was here and mum had him to play at hers every day. grrrrr. words were exchanged so neighbourly relations are not great at the moment.

Thursday is aldi voucher day everyone, back to the frugal and saving ways here.

Hope everyone is ok, will try and catch up over the next few days. x

Some people!! we are 50/50 with our neighbours, half are absolutely lovely the other half are [STRIKE]twits [/STRIKE] not :p

DS had a two and a half hours job interview for Ts on Friday, only part time as he's in 6th form. They rang to let him know this afternoon but he's still at school and wouldn't tell me.........they are ringing after 5. Why am I so nervous it's not me going :rotfl::rotfl:

On his interview he was shadowing the yellow label woman for an hour and he said I would love her and her ticket machine, why do kids let all your secrets out eh? :o

    Fingers crossed please everyone.

    PiC x
  • PIC I do so hope he gets it. Wouldn't you think they would have realised he was still at school.

No Ivy, I wish the ladies did.I can be cross county and back again a few times a day, at it's worst. I meant no more car for the school run. Very pleased to be able to finally walk my children to school. :)

I will look at that loaf later Lyn very much appreciated.

Off I pop to get some housework done. I am getting far too tired around this time of day.

  • Oh I am sorry, after two and a half hours interview as well.

Their loss, he will find something much better, and after today's news it might be better that he did :)

    Hugs to your Son

  • Sorry your DS didn't get the job PIC, hopefully there will be a better one around the corner.

I know it's a belated 'hello' Squiggly Diddly, but I don't post very often.
I've actually managed to get myself talked round to doing some Christmas prep and have got my crochet hook out. Intend to be making scarves, gloves and hats this year.
