Morning all.
Haven’t been on for a few days. Hugs to CC & nutty.
Fuming yesterday. I received a letter from yet another debt company for a debt I’m already paying. It wasn’t until I checked it further I realised I’ve been paying 2 different companies for one debt. Furthermore, Both companies haven’t passed on the money paid to the original debtor.
So, Spent most of the morning calling these companies, Banks, To track the payments and get some evidence sent out. Luckily, Because I am under SC for debt assistance I followed their advice & kept all payments paid via cheque. (For a paper trail).
All my fault, So feel rubbish today. I just hope that I can get this matter sorted.
OH is currently at the IOW for the day working. We have just had the heavens open therefore I’m hoping that it will not effect the ferry service coming back this evening.
Just waiting for our shop to arrive, Full of items that are easy cooking / eating for Thursday.
Take care all xFuture goals:

Thanks everyone, have found some bits for tea. I suppose im just having a bad day. Its raining really hard as well. Yesterday I saw in the charity shop window, they had a half price sale on certain items - DD had been in earlier and picked me up a m&s dressing gown in a brown spotty design brand new for £2.25. Its having a little wash at the moment. She spots bargains quicker than I do!!!
Must get some more housework done, work tomorrow and every day until Saturday night. Ive managed to get my birthday off next week on Tuesday - im going to be 42 aaarrggghhhh. And I now have a facebook account, just haven't got any friends on it yet that's the next step. But I am being trained by youngest DD who seams to have the entire world, you know they have so many 'friends' or people they say hi to at collage.BSC member 137

I had forgotten there were 2 x 6.30's in the day - had to go and take over the helm at Dd's as her and her Oh have gone to Amsterdam for a few days. Dgs was a star and we had no auty stress, he even had a wee before we went to school -:T Collected all his belongings after we had dropped him off so he wouldnt get confused and am just going to make up his bed. His mummy and daddy will probably spend most of their time sleeping as little man doesnt do an awful lot of that but they will re-charge their batteries and thats fine by us. One of my long time friends thinks im stupid for letting them have a holiday once a year, and for having him saturday lunch till Sunday am so she can work then sometimes go out with her friends  but then again her 3 children do nothing to support her and their 10 children are little s*ds.
There are plenty of grandparents who would love to spend as much time with their grandchildren as you do.
Lots of my friends think I'm slightly mad for having my brother's kids so often (so he and SIL can have a night out/away or a hangover!) but also say they'd do almost anything for reliable (and free!) childcare. I know it makes it a lot easier for DB & SIL that the kids are happy to come over here and stay with me, as if there is a childcare issue (e.g. they are sick and nursery won't take them) there are three of us to help manage it rather than two. Besides, I quite like the little monkeys...0 -
NUTTY old thing, when you look at your working hours, and DDs post op problems and Mums problems and broken cars etc etc etc, it's a bloomin marvel that it's only one thing that was missed isn't it? Don't be so hard on yourself love, you're only human, despite giving the impression that there are always at least two of you working flat out to cover all the things that need doing!!!0

Afternoon Everyone!
Not posted for a while, but been reading along. I am afraid I have been rather tied up playing with jewellery things, I do get a bit obsessive when I learn new stuff, and everything else goes out of the window!
Cornish Chick - so glad Mr CC is home, massive ((((hugs)))) to to both.
Monna - it is hard being only online, but if there is anything this girl needs that can be posted, happy to help.
Nutty - I am a Facebonker as well (that's what Ricky Gervaise calls his followers, I quite like it!) so PM me if you would like me as a friend! Quite a few here are, you will have loads of chums in no time (if you want them!) If it helps, I am 56 next birthday :eek:Think big thoughts but relish small pleasures0 -
Hi everyone
Nice to hear about your day Stiltwalker - we have seen similar displays several times, we are as fascinated as the kids. So very brilliant that DD is able to chat away to her friends now
So glad DH is home now CC. You have been very busy organising, hope all arrangements are in place asap. Lots of positive vibes and hugs and a huge virtual cuppa for each of you.
Monnagran - my heart goes out to that poor girl and to you too for caring as you do. I would so like to post something for her but with the cost of postage have decided my money would go further by making up another box of donations for our local community resource centre, we live in a very deprived area and there are lots of people really struggling. Please keep us posted with any news monna.
Nutty - big hugs to you love. You have been though so much lately and need to be extra kind to yourself. Promise you will have some pampering or similar time when you next get a chance?
Woke up extra early today... becoming a habit unfortunately. I did manage to squeeze a hair wash in though as had more time and that lifted my mood (hair was looking 'orrible) Did my course though didn't fancy it and it was ok after all. The course material is very good but they is way too much so the course is done at a breakneck speed (despite the title being low mood and stress management!!) Overall glad I made the effort, last one next week.
Done some of the stuff I needed to and the rest will have to wait til later as I needed a break. Just time to wash up and get some milk before school. Fingers' crossed DS7 will be ok on his 1st ever playdate without his mummy.
laters folks, love to you all
