Cc, so glad you are all back together. Hubby will be much more comfy in his home surrounded by love - not that hospices are not good but its a very personal choice.
Monna my heart goes out to the girl. I do hope you get listened to, this is when I wished we were all closer geographically.Clearing the junk to travel light

CC I am so glad you have your Husband home.
Monno, doesn't it break your heart? Is this called "care in the community"? How on earth can we expect people to live like this. She sounds a lovely girl but what chance does she stand in turning her life around living in conditions like that. I know you will keep a watchful eye on her, but it is as Ginny said I wish geographically we were closer and then it wouldn;t just be left to you.
I am just so cross, I have just read your post to my DH
Much love

Thoughts to you all xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Cornishchick, just wanted to add my thoughts and best wishes to everyone else's, so glad you've got DH back with you, hugs to you both.
Monna, can only echo what the others have said - think the only chink of light is the girl's personality, hope Himself upstairs is watching, too. You've got all of us behind you when you go for TPTB, I wish we were all closer, too.

Morning all, cc glad your OH is home. I hope his pain is under control now and you can enjoy your time together better.
Monnagran, I thought that rented accommodation had to be up to a certain standard. Im sure there is a good living standard that all rented accommodation has to have. I rent from the council, and they do skirt around doing the minimum amount, hence why I try and do minor things myself. I am so grateful for the house tho, after being made homeless when our house was repossessed, anything was acceptable. A house is just a house WE make it a home.
Got to take DD into collage, nip to mr s and then its home to attempt to sort my wardrobe - not a job I fancy but it needs doing.
Take care xBSC member 137

I had forgotten there were 2 x 6.30's in the day - had to go and take over the helm at Dd's as her and her Oh have gone to Amsterdam for a few days. Dgs was a star and we had no auty stress, he even had a wee before we went to school -:T Collected all his belongings after we had dropped him off so he wouldnt get confused and am just going to make up his bed. His mummy and daddy will probably spend most of their time sleeping as little man doesnt do an awful lot of that but they will re-charge their batteries and thats fine by us. One of my long time friends thinks im stupid for letting them have a holiday once a year, and for having him saturday lunch till Sunday am so she can work then sometimes go out with her friends  but then again her 3 children do nothing to support her and their 10 children are little s*ds.
Have amassed 3 dozen eggs so am off to do something interesting and eggy with them :rotfl:
Hugs to all xxxxClearing the junk to travel light

Lots of hastle here today, and I ended up crying. OH pay date has changed, and I forgot about a DD. We have £2.30 until 2 days time. We have food in the cupboards so we wont starve but I feel so stupid as I forgot all about it. Rang OH in tears and he said we will manage.
Now we both work, but it seams we are finding it harder and harder.
