Aldi Facebook Page Kicking Off after Parking Eye LBAs

just had a quick look at Aldis Facebook page, and although its not parking related, this shows the attitude of AldiMaria Harper
Disabled and Bullied.
I have just got back from my weekly shop and to say I am disappointed with Aldi is an understatement. I am struggling with Bilateral adhesive capsulitis and though my husband was unpacking the trolley for me, I was packing my bags as fast as I could and placing the full carriers on the floor. As soon as my trolley was empty the cashier abruptly said can you start packing straight into the trolley. I said, I didn't think the policy was very good as I am disabled and had it not been for my husband I would have felt pressured as she was scanning the items through so quickly. She said it was company policy and she had customers waiting in the queue behind me. I wouldn't mind if I had been slow in packing but I hadn't. She didn't seem bothered that I told her I had a disability. My husband could see I was upset and he just said, shall we leave it. And I just walked out, leaving all the shopping behind me. It is your loss Aldi, I went to Sainsburys and did my weekly shop there which came to £180. You treat your customers as if they are second class and don't deserve a few minutes to pack their goods.- Aldi UK: Hi Maria, thanks for getting in touch and we're very sorry to hear about this. Can you please email our Customer Services Team on customer.service@aldi.co.uk. Thanks, Aldi UK Facebook Team
- Maria Harper : Is it worth it, you won't change your policy will you? You don't appreciate some people struggle to pack and to ask them to pack twice, once into the trolley and then again into their bags is unreasonable. I am in a lot of pain this evening simply because of your mean, unfriendly customer policy.

There should also be signs for mothers who are driving large, wide family SUV's and need more space to park and open the doors and usually take up 2 spaces.
The signs should point to another car park so the rest of us can find a space and get on with our business of the day!!!!
That's discrimination against people who drive SUVs. If a car park did that then I would have no problem in suing said company.0 -
In another Thread called Aldi Refuse Credit Cards In England ! except for in one store!
I telephone the Customer service manager. It turns out that he is unaware that Aldi only accept Credit cards in Scotland , parts of South Wales, and Berwick Upon Tweed.in England.
Their website gives of list of Cards they accept and their in store signs mirror this.
In our call i asked him if his first direct card was accepted at Aldi he said yes. On checking that it display a VISA sign alone he discovered that according to the letter he sent me , the in store signs and the Aldi website contradict his own evidence misinformation.
Furthermore the new Aldi Customer Service telephone system has been struggling this week. I do not think the new Aldi customer service is fit for purpose.
If anyone has a parking issue that require a payment will a Credit Card be accepted ?0 -

LOL!
For the record I don't drive an SUV! Mostly, I hate the parents who do U turns all over the place outside schools.
And my pet hate is old men in hats in pointlessly massive cars (Kompressors, usually) which they can't park even in a wide disabled bay! Someone give them a flippin' Ford Ka...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
