Seems Parking Eye have a couple of groupies on there !
They are trying to defend ! Bless!
But how narrow minded of them.0 -

Totally lacking in public spiritedness and a complete disregard for fellow human beings in trouble.
I bet they sleep easy at night! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Another complaint to Aldi, and something I've been saying for a while, if you can't read how can you accept an alleged contract?

Writing this on behalf of a friend.. Dear aldi, I own and drive a car, i also shop at aldi, can you please explain to me, via my friend obviously how you expect me to read the car parking signs when i cannot read or write, due to a car accident and i unfortunately sustained brain damage to the part of the brain that involves word construction and recognition. Can i take you to court under the disability act if you have your contractor send me a parking invoice. Please remember you are jointly and severably liable for their actionsWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Hi all, wonder if anyone can give me some advice? I stumbled across this thread by accident a couple of weeks ago when I was looking up Aldi. About 10 days ago I visited an Aldi with my son, who is disabled and suffers from epilepsy. Unfortunately whilst in store he had a seizure and I guess I overstayed on the parking time. Today I got a fine from Parking Eye, I stayed in the store (according to the letter I got from Parking Eye) for 1 hour 9 minutes. Im not even sure if that is true because he had his seizure soon after we went in the shop, but admittedly I did sit in the car with him for a bit after until I felt it was safe to drive off again. Do I contact Aldi, not quite sure how, I checked their website for a email address but cant find one? Or do I go to Parking Eye to appeal or do I do this popla thing? The process on the back of the letter is a bit confusing. Anyone help? Thanks, Gemma.0

Do not post here, this is about a discussion of the Aldi 'Parking Eye complaints' facebook campaign and yours is an individual request for advice.
See my signature below for where to click to see the whole current forum. There's a blue 'new thread' button' there you can use but I would strongly suggest you just read some more threads there first. I can help you with something to say about the disability discrimination aspect but you need your own thread.
The Aldi email address for customer services is in this thread near the start; maybe page 2 or 3, from memory.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
