They could even tell me that he was a regular customer and how long he normally stayed.
How would they know that? Are the Vehicle Reg and keeper details obtained from the DVLA for the supposedly reasonable cause of having breached car park regs. perhaps being passed to a third party and used for un-sanctioned purposes? mmmmmmmm
Sounds to me like anyone who has had a parking notice from P E needs to be requesting under the data protection act what info Aldi holds about them and what purposes it is being used for
For a pretty switched on and assertive lady, she does seem remarkably naive in some things.Suzie Colley They knew the amount of time the car was in car park usually. In this case that helped. I'm no expert I don't know what they use it for but I doubt dvla would give out private information.

Just a bounce as spring seems to have brought more trolls than lambs on the Aldi FB page !"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0

Quality - and just the ticket to resurrect this from page 8 (jeez, in the words of Marvin Gaye 'What's Going On'?)Hi Aldi, we really like your products and your prices. Thank you.
However, can I request please that you install some automatic air fresheners in your stores as you seem to have a higher proportion of 'stinkers' than many other shops!
Been to my local Aldi today and the number of Pongy people in the store was eye-watering, literally!
I don't get this stinky attack on my senses when I visit Tesco, Sainsburys or Morrisons, so why is it so acute in Aldi?
I am sure it wouldn't cost a fortune for you to install some anti-stink sprays in your ceilings so when the pongsters walk past it could give them a little squirt and maybe subliminally direct them to the soap or shower gel?
Just a thought guys. You are great at what you do so if you could make the air in your stores a little sweeter then I wouldn't need to shop anywhere elsePlease note, we are not a legal advice forum.
