Hi everyone, am back from holiday, but I have to confess it wasn't entirely Whole30 for various reasons. We were in a tiny village, with only a bakery and a little convenience store, and the butchers seemed to be closed almost all the time! My little boy was ill so we didn't sleep for the first few nights, and I basically decided not to worry about it for the week. I still ate really well, loads of meat and fruit and veg, but I had lots of bread, potato and dairy as options were sooo limited. So, I think I should probably start back at day 1, which is rubbish, but at least this time I know how much better i'll feel. By the end of the week I definitely felt bloated and IBS-y again, and lacking in energy.

Well done Flissh and Southerngirl - you're almost there!!! Am trying the muffins today. Day 1...

Welcome back Gilly. Never mind the blip, Holidays are very precious and as long as you had a good time and enjoyed yourself, That's all that matters. Hope your little boy is better.
