Santander 123 Accounts Only Two Per Person

Can two DDs be set up from the same Tesco savings account that would satisfy Santander? If not, is there anywhere else that I can go to set up the 2nd DD?
I set up my 2 Direct debits from Tesco, one was a Tesco Internet account and the other was a Tesco Savings account.
I'm not too sure if 2 DD's from the same Tesco's account would do the job?
You could open a Tesco Internet account for the second DD requirement, don't think it would be too difficult for you to do esp as you are a Tesco Savings customer already.Never let the perfume of the premium overpower the odour of the risk0 -

Will definitely use that for any future accounts requiring direct debits.
Please be aware that it costs at least 50p, more likely a lot more, to process a direct debit.
I sounds quite unbelievable that anyone would want a charity to, effectively, pay for them to make money.0 -

Not if you are already paying to a charity by direct debit and change that payment so it comes out of the 123 account.Never let the perfume of the premium overpower the odour of the risk0 -

Previously I've just donated a lump sum at the end of the year.
My thinking was to spread the same sum over 12 months.
How would 12 direct debits compare to 1 debit card or cheque payment in terms of fees? I wouldn't want them to be worse off :-S0 -

Suppose it depends on how much you are donating, but debit card charges are typically less multiple DDs
Don't know how much of this thread you've read, but there are many alternatives

yes, it seems as though a regular DD is what some charities are actually looking for. if they give the person donating an added benefit too, im all for that.
and re. Banco Santander, i've been at a barbecue all afternoon/evening  but i was just thinking that the 'system' would work throughout the Eurozone.0 -

A few queries.
All of these post relate to opening in branch. Can you still open say three accounts online?
I have several DDs but many do not appear on the Santander eligibility list. Any comments on the following that are not on the list would be useful?
HBOS Card Services
LTSB Home Loans
Santander Consumer
TalkTalk Limited
TV Licence
