I knew I'd have to chase DD back to bed a few times tonight ;) said I'd take them swimming tomorrow if they are nice (and she's stopped screaming). She said "I not do thcreaming mummy, cos you will get sad and it hurts my ears" :rotfl:

Will just put my papers away then I might go up for a potter. Will look through bathroom baskets to see if anything is flingable, and will look through my toiletry stash too. I've just decanted my last bottle of shampoo (buy big ones but use smaller bottle in shower caddy) :T I had so much, I haven't actually bought any (except kids ones) since before DH got poorly :o so nearly two years... Think I had about 5 of those big bottles of tr3semme!

Question: I am wondering if its time I had a different hairstyle? Seen some pictures from last weekend, and I look horrendous. I'm with my two cousins, both very petite and very into making the best of themselves. I look a frump next to them :( don't get me wrong, it's not an aging thing, were similar ages, I'm the youngest and close up look quite a few years younger (both been heavy smokers in their time). I just feel, well, dull. All the women on my mums side are 5'2" or less and I'm a chunky 5'8" with dull brown shoulder length hair in no particular style. Have layers because its thick, but doesn't really look styled or polished.

I've lost weight, but still big (16-18, and look huge in those pics) and I just feel on holiday I will look like an enormous dull giant next to all the pretty petite ones :( crisis of confidence!

Do I get my hair lopped off in an inverted bob and stop trimming my fringe and sweep it to the side?

    Help! Lol.

    Morning!

Yes, I will pigpen x and tbh I had been growing it so I can tie it up for holidays :o so maybe I need to practice some nice "up do's" and be thankful I haven't got smokers lines

On a plus note, my weigh-in this morning was a happy one :D

Kiddies fed and playing with the train set. DS has asked if we can go to the Santa train soon (local steam railway, he knows its not Santa this time of year :D) so it appears that's what we are doing for my birthday ;) it'll be just us as everyone is on holiday, but that's ok I'd rather it was "just another day".

Throat feeling a bit funny when I swallow  so squirting with chl0raseptic before it develops.

Swimming in a couple of hours, and we might pop to shops - apparently I have no snack in the house!!!

Dull and rainy here - typical - I am supposed to be helping at KS2 sports day today! Fingers crossed that it dries up!

My b-i-l is doing a charity motorbike ride today (bike had to cost under £300 and be done up at home) from John o' Groats to Lands End.... it's for cancer research - I think 35 bikes are taking part. Fingers crossed that it all goes well.

Morning all. I have finally dusted and hoovered our bedroom so although the paid stuff will be manic busy today and I won't be awake enough to do anything else later, I'm ok with that as all rooms have had some attention this week.

Right, paid stuff. Have a good day everyone.
Spend less now, work less later.

    Morning all :D

Had enough of paid stuff this week. I can't spend another 11 hour day looking at a computer screen so I'm going to clean the house and sort out a shopping list for after school.

I need to get the euros sorted as I need them for Wednesday. But using this site I've just discovered that Mr T is giving the best rates ATM and I can walk to it, so I'll toddle off there on Monday and run some errands while I'm out that way, just saved myself £4 in bus fare :D

Sort out account format that works for me & print sheets!

Look into POB stuff / get postcards with info printed on / recanvas using postcards

    General:
    Beds made FSS
    Washing up
    FSS
    HHProject TFSS
    HStuday TWTFSS
    Finances TFSS
Check school website (before bed) TFSS

    Errands - HB, Charity, euros
    Ironing
Order / collect Euros - Mr T OS. Order online, collect Mon.

    Frog list:
