Better have an early tea - what about Scampi?

Coconut water emails mentioned on a MSE thread, somebody replied and that seems to have been forwarded on to everybody!

I used to be shy ILC! I was widowed at 29 and had to be tough with 2 small boys to look after.
Don't think I have had any Coconut water emails.

Man has been to windscreen, he was from AA AutoWindshields and it took him about half an hour. Don't need to pay anything so hopefully that is that. You can see a little mark but much better than before. :)

Having Mackerel salad and new potatoes tonight.

Hello. Had a well needed 10 hour sleep last night. Did loads of cleaning today (bathroom, kitchen, windows, ironing, front door, etc).

Another day off tomorrow so I made a dentist appointment for midday as I've been having some awful toothaches since i had a crown fitted (even when I have a sugar free drink!) so I am going to ask what's up with that.

I'll then have a look around the shops after the dentist and see if there are any more bargains :)

I had a lovely prawn salad for lunch with pasta, lettuce, toms, grated carrot etc etc. It was scrumptious! :)

Got my strawberries this evening with natural yog - so looking forward to that.

Got to say, heat here is fairly unbearable :o I love the sun, love the gorgeous weather but hate the nights - no air, not really, even with windows open and fans going. Sleep is a challenge.

Seemed to be different when we were in the states over the years - air conditioning was such a lovely bonus. Instant cooling.!!

Oh well, I'm not there now at the mo so have to adjust!!!

However ......... something to look forward to ....... alf and whole family are off to the states next year for a blooming good/fun filled holiday!!!! Walt Disney n coast here we come once again!!! :j:j:j We love it!!!!! It's strange, I can cope with high temperatures abroad (with air conditioning) plus the fun we have ..... Maybe pool helps at villa etc, we just love it ....... but here, find it a wee bit of a struggle :o

Roll on next year!! :D:D xxxx
