I hope you feel better soon Nanny. Big hugs to you. :A
Thankyou Tiny .I am just trying to muster the energy and enthusiesm to take a slow walk up to the shops to get a few bits of fruit and am thinking a bit of fresh air will do me good. The antibiotics have given me side effects which are not pleasant:( and am thinking after reading up about them I might need to get them changed.
The sunshine has finally put in an appearance so hope every one is having a little share of this and enjoying their day and not getting too many rumbling tummies;)0 -
Well after hearing all the good reviews about the 5:2 diet I decided to give it a try yesterday. It was all rather spur of the moment so didn't really have the right things in but I managed it :j
I almost gave in at dinner time when I was serving up my favourite pork and tomato sausages but managed to hang in there by telling myself I could have a sausage sandwich for breakfast today. I saved myself 2 sausages but this morning I ended up only having one in one slice of bread instead of 2 in a sandwich like I usually would. Definitely changes your thinking this diet!
I can't remember who is doing the list for this diet but could I be added please? Thank you

Oooh almost forgot to mention.. Mamas and papas if you register on their web site for the magazine.. It comes with a £5 voucher to use online or in store. When it comes it says valid for 1 month. I hadn't used mine and the month was up but got an email with £5 ecoupon attached on Friday so I ordered from the current sale for click and collect today. Whilst collecting I asked the assistant to check the gift card .. It came up as £5 until 30th june:T lots of reduced books and newborn teddies in store..
Result of this long winded explanation is that I got humphreys corner book and a first words book for £1.49:T
