    Afternoon all

Good day so far but busy :D Lovely and sunny images?q=tbn:ANd9GcS4M-5aYUWEwdvkVhZLZToRgVUY4PGvrm9d7UL0Eoxw0u8IeFuS

Took the boys to a friend's house first thing for a play date then my Mum watched them whilst I went to the Drs. My original appt was cancelled as Dr was poorly (typical since I found a lovely GP last time) but rearranged with someone else. Can't be helped but end up having to tell the whole story from the beginning each time  Anyhow, got another sick note for 2 months :)

Mum had won a 'roast dinner' in a raffle at bingo earlier this week and won't cook it for just her so gave it to us :D So have got a pork shoulder roasting and will have it with the potatoes, cabbage, carrots and parsnips that came with it. There is also a fruit tart and custard - might treat myself to a little taste :p

Currently got banana muffins in the oven, trying not to burn them by getting distracted on here :rotfl: On that note I'd better go :D

Phew, got to the muffins just in time :p Second batch now in :)
Going to be good and freeze most of them though. More difficult to give into temptation if you have to defrost them first ;)

Was really disappointed last night. Clearing through paperwork and found the beauty salon vouchers given to me by my colleagues when I was diagnosed. Then noticed on the back that they are valid for 6 months from date of issue - dated November  Had horrid sinking feeling as they were worth £40. But have explained situation to the salon on the phone this morning and they have agreed to honour them anyway :T:T:T Planning a lovely manicure and pedicure as a treat once I'm finished radio :D

Sending lots of love to Rose and your DD smiley-hug008.gif

Hope you feel better soon, Nannylala smiley-hug008.gif

SHG, I know of a couple of tilers locally (friends/neighbours etc) but never personally seen their work so wouldn't like to recommend. Sorry
