Half of a Dr o pizza (Hawaiian) is 390 cals so in theory, you could still have pizzz and huge side salad on a fast day. The salami is 425 per half a pizza and the funghi is 435. I don't have the boxes of the others (had to fit them all in the freezer somehow!:D)
That's the way Im doing it. 400 cals of something yummy + other 100 for cups of tea etc + lots of water. Had 400 cals of spicey oven chips yesterday and that more than filled me up for the day :D

Can I be added to the list please :)

Oh rose so sad for your DD and her OH and for you too. :( I hope that it is not the bad news expected, my thoughts and prayers are with your DD. :A

Your mum will get over you going away, she is probably testing you, it is surprising how selfish they can become without realising it. I don't think they mean to, I think it is partly because they are scared of the unknown.

My mum was the same before some of the night sits, in the end I started not to tell her until about an hour before otherwise she would worry about me going all day. :o

my sister keeps saying she does not mean to be horrible to me. However if the others did a bit more would not be so hard for me. my sis in Switzerland got all stressy with me for going away for 3 nights this week when in actual fact i was supposed to be away for 11 days and she was supposed to come home. Then she got some temporary work for a month. She is retired on a good pension with a flat she owns in nice and a 2 story flat in geneva she rents and she sublets the top floor which pays all her rent for both flats. its her life I know but when she promised to some home and then let me down she should mind her own business about what arrangements I made for this weekend. i have some other work in July when she is supposed to take over but tht looks uncertain now. I have to give DS and his fiance some money towards their wedding in the Autumn and need some dental work and these jobs pay for those sort of things.
off to Boots to cheer myself up

Oh rose, you are having a tough time aren't you? I'm sure you must feel frazzled and its a shame others can't be as thoughtful as you. But you do sound very kind and helpful and you will reap the rewards at some point.

I never go to W for whoopsies but may start. Do you find they have a set time to start reducing aau or is it just store specific? I have a MyWaitrose card so every time I go in, I get a free coffee from the cafe :j

I don't know as only have access to one store. I just stop in about 8pm and usually get something worthwhile

The multibuy discounts on whoopsies often give me money off the rest of my shopping :D

Don't mind, quite open tbh. Fancied something quiet, a ten mins walk to a few restaurants, possibly the beach. Not bothered about nightlife etc. just something relaxing, probably self catering with a balcony. Thought I could put my Spanish to some use :D
