Whilst I'm on the subject of food, another filling meal I do is a gigantic salad (various lettuce, rocket, tomatoes, cucumber, radish, spring onions) then 50g of avocado (97 cals), half a tin of tuna (180 cals), a drizzle of balsamic and a treat of a few olives or sundried tomatoes thrown in. I struggle to finish it as it seems so much food but its really tasty and still well within your daily intake

I never go to W for whoopsies but may start. Do you find they have a set time to start reducing aau or is it just store specific? I have a MyWaitrose card so every time I go in, I get a free coffee from the cafe :j

Good morning (ish) everyone. Back to the job and bargain hunting today. Spoke to Emma earlier and her job seems to be pretty manic sorting through the mess her predecessor left her! We're planning to get in some last minute hunting on Friday before we go to the food bank and no doubt she will persuade me to go via McDonalds. Last time that happened I picked up two meals, one for me and one to take home for my mother, and the cheeky assistant told me to 'enjoy my meals'. I'm taking this as a sign to join the 5:2ers. Certainly going to look into it!

Hope you all have lovely days!

Scamps: I know that feeling well, not for the same reason as you, but let's just say I know where all the toilets are in London now. You'll will be fine and find some glitches :T
Rose: I'm sorry to hear about your news :(
