I've bee to S and A and picked up some more Dr O. Pus they have lots with the blue logo on some more vouchers on their way to me.. I really like the Dr o pizzas (but I may be completely sick of them come March 2014:D)
For anyone with the coors light free voucher, the 4 pack is £4 in A but £3.75 in T so you are paid to take them away:j

I will swap you 3 pack of sausages for 3 Thorntons Chococlate Mr Bumps. :D

There was definitely some imbalance yesterday I was worse than my worst. :(

I don't think I am going to find today as easy as monday, already thinking about food. But I have stood on the scales and even after the initial 4lb loss after eating how I wanted yesterday I am still 2lb lighter so determined to stick with it.

Think eggs on the menu today. Not had breakfast yet might do lunch and dinner.

    Morning all. :)

The second time is a lot easier than you imagine TS. Poached eggs 100g are 145cals. Or scrambled are 155cals. omelette is 173 cals.

Half of a Dr o pizza (Hawaiian) is 390 cals so in theory, you could still have pizzz and huge side salad on a fast day. The salami is 425 per half a pizza and the funghi is 435. I don't have the boxes of the others (had to fit them all in the freezer somehow!:D)

Looks like I will be joining you fasting tomorrow VT. ;)

I did eat a whoopsied cream cake earlier today. I was a bit grumpy today maybe because of lack of sugar yesterday but I actually felt worse after eating and almost bit DDs heads off. :o

It's funny you should mention this, I went crazy at my DD

Yesterday. Then I had a panic attack. I think it's the reduced

    sugar.

Must do better today and try not to react so badly, DD still upset

You too - felt really anxious yesterday afternoon on my fast day. Thought it was a spot of cabin fever stuck indoors waiting for my Vax to arrive. Now realise it is the lack of sugars and reduced amount of carbs - no wonder this diet has been hailed as a preventative to Type 2 Diabetes.

    with me. :)

DD on the way back from clinic. They say they are pretty sure she is miscarrying even though test is still positive. They told her to come back in a week if it is still going on and they gave her some antibiotics.
A bit sad for her but i am sure it will all work out. Things with caring for Mum at an all time low as she is barely speaking to me as I am away this weekend and she has to have the care agency. Feeling really down about it all and barely slept either as worried for dd.
Tried to get some Boots goodies last night but store was nearly closing and they had closed self service till . Try again today. A bit of shopping always cheers me up!

Oh rose so sad for your DD and her OH and for you too. :( I hope that it is not the bad news expected, my thoughts and prayers are with your DD. :A

Your mum will get over you going away, she is probably testing you, it is surprising how selfish they can become without realising it. I don't think they mean to, I think it is partly because they are scared of the unknown.

My mum was the same before some of the night sits, in the end I started not to tell her until about an hour before otherwise she would worry about me going all day. :o
