Back looking for real wombles on Wimbledon common with year 8 today...conservation workhave a fab day everyone!
Yesterday was my first day too and it went better than expected, I thought I would really struggle in the evening but although I went to the fridge several times (I'll have to break that habit) I didn't get anything out

I've decided to do my second Starvation day today - my first was on Monday and I wasn't sure that another one so close was a good idea but several people seem to be doing it so I guess its OK.
After my disappointment with a nil loss after Monday, I am encouraged by my weight this morning - seems to have dropped nearly 2 lbs even though I had roast lamb and creme caramel yesteday (and wine). My headache has gone too and I don't feel as bloated about the middle.
On another note, its so annoying when you advertise something for sale, you get loads of emails from the same person and arrange for them to come - and then they perishing well don't turn up or even bother to tell you. Yesterday was a dead loss waiting in as they kept changing the time they were coming. Very rude.ELITE 5:2

well done to all you 5:2 dieters, I am trying to persuade DH to do that alongside low carbing, as his weight loss has stalled.

Hi VT
I was having real problems with the Dr Oetker. Never got an email and had to keep ringing and emailing. Then I changed to a gmail email and since then have received every single one straight away. HTH0
