Ummm not quite 10, 000 I managed 3 bilge posts and then....Right get ready to laugh peeps, I know which ones of you will be laughing the loudest...

I had me a hot choc less than 30mins ago, guess what happened? I know you guessed right...I had dozed off there:o could not even do a few posts, forget 10,000:o me eyes are shutting so off I go to bed:rotfl:

Morning all. Survived my fast day yesterday I didn't really feel hungry and just tried to keep busy and not focus on food. A glass of water with a sprig of mint from the garden is nice. I don't feel any more hungry than usual this morning and I'm 1lb lighter.
