    Ummm not quite 10, 000 I managed 3 bilge posts and then....Right get ready to laugh peeps, I know which ones of you will be laughing the loudest...

    Morning all. Survived my fast day yesterday :) I didn't really feel hungry and just tried to keep busy and not focus on food. A glass of water with a sprig of mint from the garden is nice. I don't feel any more hungry than usual this morning and I'm 1lb lighter.
