Just a stab in the dark.

But I'm guessing that the collective elite weight loss for the first week might be nigh on 120kg.

    Any advance on that:)

Does that include my 0.3kg loss this morning :rotfl:

That reminds me, must change my scales over from metric to imperial :)

Looks like I will be joining you fasting tomorrow VT. ;)

I did eat a whoopsied cream cake earlier today. I was a bit grumpy today maybe because of lack of sugar yesterday but I actually felt worse after eating and almost bit DDs heads off. :o

Went back to look at my Approved Food order and not sure what I am going to do with 1kg of marshmallows. Someone please remind me not to shop in the middle of the night on a fast day again, oh unless it is for wine. :rotfl:

EASY! Get 2KG of chocolate digestives and make S'mores!

You can eat whatever you want on a fast day but you have to restrict yourself to 500 cals. I ate carbs yesterday had a small jacket potato with bit of chilli on, one of Ts Ping range, was 240 cals for the whole thing. So had plenty of calories left to play around with.

Think someone posted a link to a calorie counter, I'm lucky as we already had the book.

With my infrequency I have missed that post. I shall search!

Blimey TS, 1kg of marshmallows:eek: you lunatic :rotfl:

I think I was trying to find something light to get as close to the weight limit without going up into the next delivery charge bracket. It turned into a bit of a game. :o

I guess they might go down well at DD1s leaving BBQ. ;) All the family are coming, she is having to come back for it though end of month as some family were away when we wanted to do it couple of weeks ago and then Mr TS was away last weekend. :(

In my nearest town, two teenagers killed themselves on the railway yesterday and today the headmistress of a local secondary school has died suddenly, just weeks before her retirement, :(
