In my nearest town, two teenagers killed themselves on the railway yesterday and today the headmistress of a local secondary school has died suddenly, just weeks before her retirement, :(

I'd rather the media treated it as an accident and didn't publicise the suicide angle of it :( In fact I thought that post-Bridgend they were thinking of such a policy.

For anyone looking for laptops, tvs, pcs, blu-ray players etc....

Toshiba are running a promo where you can get 6 pairs of cinema tickets (2 tickets per month for 6 months) when you buy selected products from selected retailers

    http://www.toshiba.co.uk/innovation/generic/manofsteel-free-cinema-tickets/

You could maybe get something using the £20 off £100 electrical till spits at Mr T (are they still valid?)

Although personally I'll be sticking to buying Maltesers to get my free cinema tickets :D I just thought this might help someone who was in the market for any of these appliances ;)

If anyone still has the Tosco mag Maggi coupons, they are still working even though they supposedly expired on the 9th. DH inadvertently used one tonight.

I guess as Tosco have a period of time in which to redeem them there are no moral issues with using them? Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

A bit more morally questionable is that they work even if you haven't bought a Maggi product!

Thank you to everyone whose advice has helped me in my desperate quest to make ends meet. x

EDIT-Back on the quest, I've been away too long!

Right - well I can't put on what I'm listening to currently as, well, it's a little explicit, so here's the next best thing!
