A 600 cal day yesterday really took it out of me:o
Well it would seem a rather tired feeling me lay down yesterday to rest and watch a bit of that trashy bb and I fell asleep, woke up and had me some massive american pancakes with syrup and fruits! yum!
Thanks to everyone, for supporting each other on 5;2 days, I can definitely say, yesterday was one of my best, all thanks to the great support you all are:) honesty, you are all great:T
Looking how you did, I am thinking, I can indeed do 500cals and will look to do that on my next fast day (which is thurs), I have been going over 600 cals, upto 680 on some fast days in the last few months, but if you all can do it, so can I , i feel:)
ty to all 5;2'ers again, now for the regaular bilge chatting on here and some choccie for me:rotfl: no actually would you believe, I'm having a apple, I know i could have choc, but, fast days help me and I actually don't eat myself silly on normal days. I love the 5;2, it so works:) Anyone else joining~?

I had thrawed one of mums portions of chicken a la king which is made with no cream or yogurt so will have that tomorrow but as can't have calories from rice tomorrow I am going to serve it with broccoli.
Could have made day 2 sunday as will be home again but think I will be too tired then with zero motavation.
Starting weight taken tomorrow but have just had about 4 inches of my hair chopped off so might be a little bit of an advantage:rotfl:
Went a bit mad in next today buying dgd clothes for her first birthday but at least one outfit going back as dd said she didn't like it. Got dgs a nice shirt which goes well with his 'little dude ' image.
Bought a few dr o pizzas at the weekend but as I didn't get emails for them all last time I am going to enter them one at a time and wait for replys to print vouchers before entering the next code.
Right time to watch the rest of horizon 5:2 programme for morning motavation.

I did eat a whoopsied cream cake earlier today. I was a bit grumpy today maybe because of lack of sugar yesterday but I actually felt worse after eating and almost bit DDs heads off.
Went back to look at my Approved Food order and not sure what I am going to do with 1kg of marshmallows. :eek: Someone please remind me not to shop in the middle of the night on a fast day again, oh unless it is for wine. :rotfl:0 -

I have noticed that a lot of us are doing monday& wednesday......funny old lot I think we like to suffer,lol.
So will be joining in the fun again as had a harvester tonight and really could do with a rest from glutony.

Before I go Angelsmadv, I have v high bp had four types of tabs in the last month or two with some horrid side effects....
I always seem to fast anyway so on my first fast day I was quite full.

You can eat whatever you want on a fast day but you have to restrict yourself to 500 cals. I ate carbs yesterday had a small jacket potato with bit of chilli on, one of Ts Ping range, was 240 cals for the whole thing. So had plenty of calories left to play around with.
Think someone posted a link to a calorie counter, I'm lucky as we already had the book.0
