Yes,they can get it wrong.A woman knows her own body best and often just has a feeling that she knows what sex her baby is.She is usually more acurate than the scans I would say.
As far as buying pink or blue clothing and bits is concerned, this is what I did.
Just knew I was having a girl despite the nurse who did the scan saying boy.
I bought most of the stuff white, cream, lemon, unisex for first size.Nearer my due date I bought some coloured stuff too but bought outfits in both pink and blue.Just took the blue ones back to mothercare after I had my daughter and bought more gorgeous girly stuff.
The nursery was painted white and lemon with winnie the pooh decorations so would have suited boy or girl."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0 -
I knew we were having DS from the first scan, i just had a feeling.
This time i thought we were having a girl up until about 6 weeks ago and since then i've been convinced we're having a boy.
Went for my 20 week scan this morning and were told it's a boy, but i have loads of neutral baby clothes just in case.:DIf everyone cared and nobody cried, if everyone loved and nobody lied, if everyone shared and swallowed their pride then we'd see the day when nobody died.
ROCK IT DON'T STOP IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BE GOOD OR BE GOOD AT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
