The fridge freezer is broken and it was packed to the gills. OH noticed yesterday but didn't think to mention  food is warm so no idea how long it has been out for as we have eaten away from home the last two days. What a waste of money
:(:( now I need to pay for a new one and to restock it

Awful. Fwiw, this almost exactly happened to me a few years a to, shortly after moving here, I don't know why others cannot mansion it if it looks 'not right'.0 -

Not as much as DW, but yes, there is a lot of camaraderie, as well as fierce competition.
We got to know most stallholders' well, but we still referred to them privately by the nicknames we'd given them when we started...eg. 'The Grumpy Pair,' 'The Bearded Men,' 'Old Van Man' etc.
Lord knows what they called us! :rotfl:0 -

OOOOOO NOOOO Rummer...
this happened to us too a while back... and I had it full of reduced meat bargains...
funny enough I was telling hubby no so long back, we need a spare chest freezer just incase anything happens to the one we have all our pork in...
it is heart breaking knowing how much food is wasted, and how much it cost..
is there anything you can salvage?? VEG cook it all up and put a cheesey sauce and bra crumb topping?

Check home insurance. For a big freezer full of meat a claim Might be worth while. For ours the content was mixed and I didn't think it was. But packed with pork I think it would have been.0 -
It could have been off for a few days as we have not been around so don't want to risk it. Plus the freezer food is warmTaking responsibility one penny at a time!0
