been thinking and talking to a friend about what to sow, etc, and she suggested I get the peas that grow tall(climbing peas), she did mention Alderman, but I have just gone onto the real seed company and there are a few rare ones etc..
Just wondering if anyone has used this company, and any of these peas??

I have also bought some tobacco seeds off the bay... as she also told me how she grows her own tobacco....worth a goWork to live= not live to work0 -
I have used real seeds before and their service was prompt and they have a good selection of unusual seeds. Most of the ones we got from them did well but I thick I chose a few that were not best suited to my climate and they did not thrive.
This year I really missed Alan Romans as his seeds were affordable and always grew well for us.Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0 -

I am going to have a good look at the real seed websiteWork to live= not live to work0 -
It's abysmal here.
And here
The brief hours of daylight are not enough to lift the gloom and now the wind is whistling about again. I can see why peeps just give in and run to the travel agent to buy a week away to anywhere hot and sunny... 0 -

He had a really successful seed potato business that seems to have merged with Thompson and Morgan and he no longer sells his other packets of seeds.
The only seeds I need this year to buy are peas not that I have loads of other seeds due to being carried away in previous years
I seem to be the only one that quite likes winter
I love the changing seasons and as I do not have to rely on my garden and property to generate an income I can relax and curl up on the couch watching the rain out the window. For me it is the ideal time for crochet, movies and indoor hobbies that I neglect when the weather is good or the garden is in need of care. Mind you I would be useless in a caravan :rotfl: Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0 -

These guys are virtually on our doorstep and have a fabulous reputation with all the Permie types. They are very approachable too and have a personal service. If you do order, it would be good to know how you get on because I will probably buy from them too.COOLTRIKERCHICK wrote: »been thinking and talking to a friend about what to sow, etc, and she suggested I get the peas that grow tall(climbing peas), she did mention Alderman, but I have just gone onto the real seed company and there are a few rare ones etc..
