Why would the OP be looking for 'tips on how to successfully play the system' when the post by notanewuser shows that the OP was aware of the Familyfund website?
But of course you would say that, wouldn't you?
You were one of the ones who took the bait. :rotfl:0 -
notanewuser wrote: »Not sure why the OP would be pained if her child had additional disabilities.
Maybe she was pained because the 'mild autism' diagnosis came on top of other disabilities.
WOW! Yet another post from the OP from over a year ago!
You are really starting to stalk, aren't you?notanewuser wrote: »Not that well, actually - it was the other way around. But in any case, being a scourge on the taxpayer and creating an AE for a sensitive issue on a forum is hardly comparable!!!
You got hell of a lot of stick about posting in support of yourself but under a different user name.
I'm not going to lower myself to your level to go hunting for the thread to show other users.
Your user name stuck in my mind because I thought it was a pretty low trick.0 -

Ooh, quick! Call the forum police! Someone's used the Forum Search function!! :rotfl:I remember you well enough.

I think you're confusing me with someone that gives a toss. :rotfl:Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -

It doesn't make you smart - and, despite all the links you've posted, you've not convinced me 100% about the disabilities the OP's youngest son has.
But carry on, dear, I'm sure there will be other posts you can unearth.
Have fun.notanewuser wrote: »

I think I'm not confusing you wih someone who created an AE to post for advice on a 'sensitive issue' (I have no problem with that) and then, because virtually all posters disagreed with your AE, you popped up with your proper username to give yourself support.
I don't care whether you give a toss or not, that's pretty sick - and I wasn't the only member to think that.0 -

Are you seriously trying to take the moral high ground on this thread? Seriously? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
If I had to choose morally between on the one hand a mother of a disabled child who uses an expensive moisturiser whilst also stating her financial situation honestly to the Family Fund and accepting a grant for a holiday if offered, and on the other a drunken trollop who sleeps with her best friend's partner and then wants to resume contact via facebook with said friend when she discovers that she has put the relationship with her cheating partner back on the tracks and has had a young baby, it wouldn't cause me a nanosecond of debate.
Abusing alcohol, potentially spreading STDs, breaking up long term relationships, risking unwanted pregnancies and subsequent terminations are all scourges on society. Claiming benefits which the state has assessed you as entitled to, rather less so in my humble opinion.0 -

Goodness me! :rotfl:
I posted about events that happened 18ish years ago after a spooky crossing of paths. For the record I've never had an STI, an unplanned pregnancy nor a termination. I've cost the NHS very little in my 35 years comparatively, and paid in many hundreds of thousands of pounds in tax. I also didn't delete or edit any posts in that thread, so if people want to go back through the history they're welcome to. I also apologised at the time, which should have been sufficient (well, within polite society anyway!).
Now, if I were declaring myself as a single parent because my husband works away and claiming as much as I could from the state in order to be able to buy designer skincare and juliet balconies and stay home you might have a point!!!Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -

Yes, thanks. I've just booked one actually and I'm looking at another.

Thanks Cookiemonsta for your post.. very kind of you
Not even gonna reply back to these "TROLLS". Seems they just have nothing better to do with their time.
***** Believe me, I don,t like to see the word "Mild Autism" on ds documents but it is there in black and white ******. I would give my right arm to change things, but sadly I can,t
Bunch of idiots
