    my little girl had 4, if you are worried you could feel about her tummy.

    Lucy had 6, few weeks after my daughter took her in - and she was tineyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy herself, not even a year old at the time by the look of her.
  • No not striding she is v content purring v v loudly!
    Kittens have been suckling almost all morning I hope they are getting enough.
    I'm too scared to weigh them invade she rejects them after I put them back.

    you could start be gently stroking them with 1 finger so your sent get on them and stroke her at the same time. when she gets up to use the litter tray or eat you could weigh them then.

    she'll get used to you handling them as long as she knows she gets them back.

    and she'll need more food often as she's lactating.

    Why would you need to weigh them?

    Leave them be, weighing them is of no benefit to the mother, otherwise she'll take them and hide them elsewhere, somewhere she thinks you cannot get to them.

    Pls do not let the mum out - not at all. Not untill the kittens are weaned and she is spayed.

    She can get pregnant again very soon after giving birth so please do not let her out at all.
