Like glitter_fairy said - my OH and I are a team and we are dependent on/support each other each in a variety of ways. We haven't got any problems with sharing work and money.0 -
Me and a colleague had babies at about the same time, and both babies go to the same nursery. I didn't like the idea of sending my LO full time, so my partner is a SAHD and LO just does two afternoons a week at the nursery. My colleague's son is full time at the nursery.
Both children love nursery, and seem very happy. As a PP said, I think it's harder on the parents than on the children!
Best to give it a go (esp if you can't see a way to avoid full-time nursery), and see how LO takes to it. They may love it, or they may not. If they don't, you can revisit the issue then.Mortgage when started: £330,995
