    They all are.

It still takes a week from the point the offer is issued to the point it falls on the door mat.

Let us know when it arrives.

Are we safe to sign up for Virgin Media now, we need BB for a day or two after we move in?

And, can we sign up for a joint bank account?

    No!

No credit checks until after completion.

I work at home some days so need BB for when we move in. I do not have any outstanding credit on the one credit card and one store card I own.

Would if affect the mortgage then?

Lenders can pull a mortgage offer at any time up to completion. There are systems which will automatically alert the lender to new credit applications, and whilst the risk is probably relatively low, nobody here - including you - can predict your particular case.

So the opinion here is that you should never risk it.

    Dongle?

    Solicitors have the MO now.

In the Issues for your legal advisor section, it mentions the Flying Freehold, but NW havent!

I have sent the report to my solicitor.

    Blimey!

They must have hired some more envelope stuffing elves.

If only Halifax would do that... :(
