    Any news from Nationwide yet?

The waiting is awful isn't it?

We are expecting to hear from Halifax today and I'm going demented thinking about it all :(

It's not always all about the seller, let your Solicitor manage the seller and the Estate Agent (who invariably will try and move things along)

Come on now, last chance to name and shame the secret pm spammer??

I hope it is not a regular poster or I will be disappointed.

How long it takes Nationwide to get the paper offer to him. ;)

It normally takes a week from the date the offer is "issued."
