Have shopped both yesterday and today. Yesterday was top up shop of fresh stuff and today some bits I needed for making a Slimming World taster for tomorrow morning. Spent £14.57 yesterday and another £9.73 today.
I've now spent £180.51 so far this month and have £68.47 left which is doable.

That is a good point Puddickle, stuff does just get chucked out if nobody claims it, and sometimes businesses have to pay for rubbish collection don't they? I do hate waste, so that does make me feel better!September 2014 Grocery Challenge = £160 on target
Secret Savings Fund = £150/£2000, plus £120 in vouchers

NSD number 11 but there is a possibility that tomorrow we are going to the Chinese warehouse and if so will certainly spend something. One part of me doesn't want to go but the other does
Not been for ages.
Been busy today and made some bread and two quiches. One cheese, tomato and onion and the other cheese, onion & bacon. We had some of the tomato one today with salad and will finish it off tomorrow for lunch.
Left them in a little bit too long really but never mind. Second one has been put in the freezer for another day.
I am not the best pastry chef in the world (have tried loads of different ways) it tastes lovely and short but to me is actually too short.
Not a fan of black pudding either although DH and DS love it. I can eat a small piece but that's it. the surprise pudding sounds nice.
Why do you say you left them in too long? Look absolutel perfect to me.Slimming World at target0 -
