I've been quietly following the grocery challenge for a few months, and I guess it's about time to stop lurking and actually join in!
For me, a teenager, a small peron and a dog I'd like to set a budget of £130 for all food, cleaning products and toiletries.0 -

Coxy can i set a budget of 750? I know its still really high but i think i'll start with baby steps
raggy doll - just wondered if you have asked your doctor about getting gluten free food on prescription? I'm not too sure on the rules but I thought you could get some sort of allowance.......might be worth looking into? (would certainly help with that massive grocery bill!)0 -
Could you pop me down for £200 this month please?

Hi Everyone
Count me in for July - £125 please. I am trying very hard and will NOT have any takeaways in July. I always try to get reduced stuff and usually do quite well. It does mean visiting several places but I don't go out of my way and try to fit it in with other reasons to go there.
I will try to read the posts, can't believe how many there are already.
Have a good month, all

Just checking in, I missed my target last month and am horrified at just how much I spent. Heaven knows how much I was spending when I wasn't tracking.
Anyway, as the title says, shiny new month (it started on Saturday and runs through to 31st July) and hoping my clean slate will lead to mended ways.
Have a good week everybody
