    Wow,
I have enjoyed my first day flying (Bear with me I'm still in the honeymoon period!) Managed to clean kitchen and dining room, they have honestly not been this clean this century!!!
Not done oven and fridge yet, but hey Rome was not built in a day and I'm off now to see pirates of the Carribean 3.
Thank you ladies and lil_me for inspiring me, was funny thinking other strange women( come on I know you are strange) were flying too.
    Have a good evening all

Well.. the middle room is partially boxed up.. I have a binbag for charity shop a box for nursery 2 binbags of rubbish and a basket of dirty laundry.

DW on its third run today, WM's on the 7 and 8th and the breadmaker on its second run. The clean laundry is all put away.

The kitchen is swept.. mostly I just need to do the bit under the table.. ok I know that's the worst bit!

All the children are bathed and de-flea'd .. I love school holidays I swear it is the only time the children are completely free of lice!! I HATE those damn things.. I want to shave all the children on entry to the school playground.. mine as well.. lol It is time they invented drops for the back of the childrens necks like cats and dogs!!! only 4 of the 8 had lice this time.. that's pretty good going for this loppy lot!.. need to do the cats later!!

My mother is back from her weekend away tonight so we are going out about 10.. so I'm off for a shower as soon as hubby gets off on his run.. it'll take me a while to make myself glamorous!!

I can't believe it is only a few days until SIL's wedding now!!! pretty scary actually.. can I learn a simple waltz in that time I wonder lol. Hen night on Thursday has be pooping.. I've not been round town in about 13 years!!!!

Anyway.. one more child to get brushed and in bed so I can escapé. see you all soon!!!

Welcome woodyrocks and well done saversarn on your first day Flying!
Like the joke Lil_me, very true. I've been bemoaning my single status today, starting to feel a spare part at friends gatherings and stuff. Got a wedding this weekend though, maybe I should just lower my standards!

Productive day in the kitchen today, got a couple of use it up concoctions in the freezer. Did another charity shop bag, at some point I'm going to realise I have no clothes left - haven't bought anything for yonks.
I also wrote a cheque when I did my paperwork and have finally paid off my store card.:T Just the Bank of MumandDad (the laptop that lets me get on here to save money), carloan and overdraft to go..
    Slowly, slowly..

Have a lovely evening,I'm off to watch Bill Oddie.

    Hello :j

Finally feeling myself. Why do i do it to myself?????

Anyway, managed to cook a healthy dinner of salmon, jacket tattie and beans, DH is about to do us apricots with custard. 2 loads of washing done (spare bedding, and a load of baby bibs on a hot wash, and some with a good handwash/scrubbing before they went in to try to de-stain), DH's jeans rescued from TD from Saturday, phone charged up, and i made up the fruit based baby purees that i have been meaning to do all week. I also wiped the microwave out while it was full of the steam from the jackets cooking.

Baby bottles are almost done for tomorrow.

I managed to add up the total on 50 papers, record marks and put away, and have marked another 3 papers. (oops - best do some more this evening)

:j a big welcome back to penpen, and lovely to see catowen and tracyg and others back posting more regularly, and welcome to pam, and woody and anyone else i may have missed through speed reading the posts today.

Here's me posting my to-do for tomorrow. However, it all depends on Charlie as he has been a mardy bum now for 2 days. DH said after having him yesterday that i deserve a medal as he doesn't know how i get anything done when i'm alone with him. It's seriously taken both of us all our energy today.
