Morning all - stay well away ... badcold5qz.gif

I been to the PO with my Amazon/ebay stuff and done one bathroom including the tiles and am calling it a day now, just keeping up with work emails and stuff. Doing a curry in the SC for tonight. Will S & S the kitchen when I finished prepping that.

Our possible buyers have upped their offer a bit - £3K less than what we'd decided to accept - decision now with OH and I haven't heard yet. Thanks to all but please keep those fingers crossed! After one lot pulling out last minute we are just a tad paranoid!

My sympathies to all those not feeling good - especially the LO's and those caring for them. Jeez but it is miserable! Little Owen can come round here when he's done with you Maralum - I've had CP so its fine ... :)

Sorry not to be around but trying hard to just keep things ticking over till I feel OK again!

    Downstairs loo cleaned
Kitchen tidied and cleaned inc door fronts
    Recycle stuff out
    Bins emptied
Bits taken upstairs, you know the bits, they hang around everywhere and have no actual place to live but are used once in a while :rotfl: I think I will have to but them a house ;)

    Hello everyone :hello:

We are back from our week in Spain all relaxed and raring to go after a week of recharging our batteries.
The weather was wonderful and the only rain we had was in the evening which was very well timed!

Now there is the washing mountain which will be closely followed by the ironing mountain.
As I did the house before we left things here aren't too bad so I'm going to wait until Monday before I get back to 'proper flying.':p

Hope everyone is ok, haven't had a chance to read the thread.
...it is not of more importance than daily life, which I have an enduring wish to make as useful and beautiful as possible.

    Hi all,

I'm still flying did most of yesterdays list, tonight should not take long as I only have a small bathroom and the one loo (having a little house has it's advantages!). But tonight I am intending to spend a while putting about 20 items on ebay, I'm new to that so hope its simple.
My gorgeous 13 year old springer spaniel has been limping, took her to the vet yesterday and she has a tumour in her paw.... it may be nothing sinister, the biopsy booked for next Wednesday... I'm trying not to worry over what could be nothing but I also need to be realistic. It's scary :-(

We have a springer too - she's 12 next Sunday - they are special aren't they saversarn? Hope she will be OK.

Mine just had stitches taken out yesterday after she ran into some barbed wire two weeks ago. It's not healing perfectly in the middle where she kept licking it so she has a t-shirt on now (vet's idea) and so far she's not taking any notice of it so I hope it will heal now. Otherwise she has to have it done again :(

I know I've said all this before, it's just on my mind.

Cable not working again! I really feel like crying now. On the phone again and at first they said next Monday for an engineer. After I expressed my surprise (;)) they got me an appointment for tomorrow morning. Third time this week. And said it could need a rewire.

So.......I've been on my hands and knees doing the skirting where the cable goes and vacuuming under the furniture that might need to be moved (see, this is flylady related!).

And I've done the computer desk while I had a cloth in my hand, and vacuumed the hallway and kitchen too.

    So stressed........*breathe*

Welcome back Tinselfairy glad to hear you had a great time. Isn't it a great feeling to come home to a tidy house. This was the first year it happened for me and I loved it.

Saversarn I will keep my fingers crossed for you. I know how you feel we lost our 17yr old springer 2 yrs ago and it still hurts. We have a mad 3 year old one now though :rotfl:

    Jobs done
    Vaccum upstairs
    Clean upstairs bathroom
Washed/dried clothes folded and put away

No chance for dog walking today due to weather so children inside with too much energy aaargh. I wonder what the record number of times a mum says no to her children in one day is :rotfl:

    Crossed posts Polly

Loving the t-shirt look ours had to wear the collar. Such fun when they lose their peripheral vision and bang into things as the look on their face is precious..Who put that there? :rotfl:

Ours blunders about the place anyway, goodness knows what she'd be like with a collar on!

Hello folks :hello: I haven't been around this week as have been so busy with other things. Also, I didn't switch on computer because then I get stuck and don't get anything done. DSs and I have made loads of rhubarb jam and chutney and have done dozens of flings and house still has too much in it.
We are in the process of getting DDs room and bathroom ready for her return on Monday. yupi3ti.gif

Then we have a week before DS1 returns, to remove DS3 and get the room habitable again. He would be horrified if he saw the state it is in26512533290.gif

We then have to make a spare room out of play room so that boy/girl friends can stay.

I plan to get back on track with lil_me's lists next week. I could never have got these other things done if I hadn't already got rooms more habitable by follwing daily lists so thanks lil_me and everyone else for your encouragement.
