    !!!!!!!!

Its funny, in all my time browsing various housing related forums over the last couple of years, the only BTLers I've ever come across have always had their mortgages paid, and are making fortunes

Funny really, 'cos we all know there's plenty out there who aren't

I guess I've just been lucky

Do you know these people nick?

Have you seen the strength of their finances?

Is it possible they could be lying to you?

    Just to save face perhaps.

And to mask their greed and stupidity.

    Is their portfolio huge nick?

    Are they highly geared nick?

And do they know the banker's secret?

Do you know this secret my friend?

The one that delights and horrifies all who hear it?

The tide is turning my friend.

Do not be seduced by the thought of easy money.

WOW! Nelly that is an amazing find... SO interesting and helpful. We are looking to buy at the moment and it is really useful to know which properties have been on the market for a while and have already dropped their price (so serious sellers) and therefore might be open to offers.

Ooh, just spotted my dream flat is down in price...

But at 400K, I don't think I can afford it quite yet (it was 420K before).

Whether you're bullish or bearish, you have to admit, the site is very clever - and the owner should be sending the address to every newspaper in the UK.

Given so many rags now own property sites though (including, most recently, the "socialist" Grauniad), I wonder how many would publish.

It really does show you the properties where sellers are clearly keen to sell - and are cutting accordingly.

Even in the apparently red hot North London area I have my other (third) eye on, there are pages of price reductions.

Interesting site....but I'd take it with a pinch of salt. Have a look at some of the reductions (e.g. 23% taken off the price within 4 days of the original posting).

Do you really believe people would do this - smacks to me that some of the larger ones are probably a result of EA errors in the first place.
