but why should I take London & the South East out of the equation??
that's where I live! lol
besides I can afford my mortgage so I don't give a damn what happens round the country.0 -
As always, be aware that these figures are not as accurate as they may first seem.
There is only one large drop in my area, albeit a drop of 40%. However, when you look into it, you realise that the property is actually shared ownership - the 'original' price is the 100% value and the 'reduced' value its shared ownership asking price!!!Gone ... or have I?0 -
Gawd that site is slowww :mad:In an Acapulco hotel:
The manager has personally passed all the water served here.:rotfl:0 -
Finally!!!
"There are currently 0 price drops in this postcode."April Grocery Challenge £81/£1200 -
Quite interesting but it shows asking prices not realised prices unless I'm' misreading it.
There's a 6 bed place down the road from me cut to £1,050,000.
I can just about afford the stamp duty now. It's a pity I can't afford the house too. It's lovely.0 -
Don't know about other areas but all it shows in mine are the overpriced new builds that are now being offered at the price they should have been in the first place.
This isnt an indication of a slowing market, more a pointer to the fact that developers are greedy !!!!!!!s who try to squeeze every penny they can from their overpriced boxes.0 -
0 in my area. Not a surprise, as prices are still rising in West London.0
