sooner it crashes the better, its all stupid, what good does these crazy prices do1000s of people can never buy,i came off market sold 1bed flat for £28000 now its a horrendos £96000 mad,i was going to retire to krakow but its gone mad there as well.its a stupid world

    More examples:

    date event
07 May 2007 First day listed (price £330,000)
    18 May 2007 Price changed from £330,000 to £300,000

    date event
20 Mar 2007 First day listed (price £394,950)
    04 Apr 2007 Price changed from £394,950 to £364,950

In both cases waited approx. 2 weeks to drop price by 10% - smacks of over valuation by the EA

    Even better

20 Mar 2007 First day listed (price £275,000)
    23 Mar 2007 Price changed from £275,000 to £250,000

Gave it all of 3 days before taking off approx. 9%!

Are you a buyer of the first time kind my friend?

Does it pain you to hear of these great riches to be made by buying a house?

    And yet be denied them

Relax my friend for your hour is approaching.

    Tell me my friend.......

Do you have a large deposit?

Are you desperate to buy now?

You appear to be experienced in helping people nel.

What is your speciality my friend?

Could you be the lawyer we seek?

Do you know what would happen if a buyer died between exchange and completion?

Is it possible for estate agents and their accomplices to steal from the unwary?

    Please help my friend.

Just checked my area there are no propertys for FTB's .THe cheapest is a one bed ex council flat reduced from £115,000 to £107,000 .Its actually worth around £95,000 so its still overpriced .Ex council 3 bed houses are selling for £170,000 /£180,000 .

This site is not showing the propertys that are not selling and havent reduced there asking price .There a a few off them about ,but not much for FTB's

Still usefull if you are buying .
