Only kids show out there I dislike, the bloody pig is spoilt rotten. Yes there are some good messages in there but every time I see it I just think "dear god I hope Grace never behaves like that"

She is a complete brat. Thankfuly i don't think Poppy pays attention to the storylines yet although i have to read her Peppa books as well!

I'll admit I've seen an episode of Peppa Pig, one where her goldfish is all like "watevs" and suicidal because Peppa is an irresponsible fish owner who doesn't even take her fish for a walk. So they take it to the vets on a bus and it perks up. Pretty much cemented the fact my kids can just watch Cartoon Network.

Those scones do sound fantastic, Birdie! Haven't had a cheese scone in forever and I'm hungry now. Keeping my fingers crossed for you today

Eeee it's scan time, can't wait to find out what you're having (although if it's not girl I may just faint in shock!). For some reason I think you have a tinker in there who will keep its legs crossed!

We are doing a Bake Off at work too and weirdly also started with scones. There's only a few of us so we are just taking it in turns to bake something, I made a chocolate fudge last week and scored 7.6. Only two of us have baked so far and both got the same score so I'm either joint first or joint last depending on your point of view!
