Maybe I should try Pilates, I think my back is broken! I must be the only person in the country who has a hot water bottle in bed tonight! Also possibly the only person to put their back out crafting :o

Oh dear Shrimpy! I got crafter's arm at one point from pressing down on my craft knife too hard for too long if that makes you feel any better?! ;)

Well done on the Pilates Tete. :) I keep meaning to check out classes like that but they all seem to be during the day which is no good! :o

Has everyone good nice weekend plans? Something Awesome I hope! :)

I've had painful hands before from trying to crochet too fast (usually to a ridiculous self-imposed deadline!) - supposed to be fun!!

Yeah a lot of the classes are during the day and a lot of the ones I want to try (eg kettlebells) are on a Weds when I run :( But I'm planning on doing a few things during the day on my couple of weeks off (seven working days to go!).

I'm off on a spa day with my bestie tomorrow so that's pretty Awesome, but then doing a 10 mile run at 8am Sunday morning :undecided You?

Oooh spa day will be lovely! One of those things I always mean to do but never seem to have the spare cash for! :o Hoping to talk OH into treating me to a couple of massages when we're on holiday, which I reckon won't be too difficult. :) He's being super nice to me at the minute in a mix of protective Dad-to-be and keen-to-keep-things-fresh-and-happy-husband (think the friends' break-up was a bit of a shock to the system), he even bought me flowers yesterday! Bless him! :heartpuls

Tomorrow my brother is coming round with my nephew as I've said I need to see him during the day when he's apparently happy as he just cries and squirms when I go to see them after work! :undecided In the afternoon there's a parade in town so we'll watch that then we're off to a wedding reception in the evening at Fountain's Abbey (posh!). I just hope I can find a pretty dress in my wardrobe that still fits! :) Not sure about Sunday, hopefully something relaxing!

Soooo exciting that you're in the single figures countdown 'till you leave work!! :j

When is your last day again Tete? Hasn't it gone quickly!

Bless your OH Birdie! Any more news on whether both of your friends are coming on the holiday?

Everyone's weekend plans sound lovely! I'm meant to be going out tonight but everyone has bailed - I let myself get talked into it in the first place so kinda hoping it gets called off! Back is much better today, think I did it punching confetti over enthusiastically! I had claw hands too!

Haha I've been there! Had to punch out about a gazillion snowflakes for my brother's wedding, SIL and I couldn't use our right hands for days! :p

Not sure about the friends; the guy is definitely coming by the sounds of it and we checked with the travel agent and name changes can be done right up until 3 hours before check-in so if she does pull out (which I think is looking more and more likely) he may be able to find someone else to take her place at the last minute if they just pay the fees. Although saying that, I can't see many of our friends being able to swan off for a 2 week holiday at short notice leaving their girlfriends at home! :p

Where do you do pilates Tete? I used to go twice a week at David Lloyd and loved it, but then I left and the new lady I went to just never did it for me, so I need someone who is going to give me that buzz.

I'd have no chance at a capsule wardrobe - even getting down to just one wardrobe seems like an impossible dream!

Enjoy the holiday massages Birdie, I found they really helped once I was getting a bit of a bump and everything just felt pulled. Make sure your massuse knows you're pregnant though as certain oils aren't safe apparently.

Had a lovely day at Newby yesterday (a few photos on fb probably soon), and going to the Saltburn food festival on Sunday. Then only two days of work to get through before Grace and I go to Northumberland with mum and dad for 5 days :D

Tried out my new skates yesterday, holy heck is it scary not on rental skates, they go so much faster!
