Maximiles (Ipoints) help needed(merged)

Does anyone else no longer get the ipoints clicks emails - the ones that give 5 or 10 points? I don't get em anymore :mad:

I still get them, but instead of the 2 or 3 a day, I only get 4 or 5 a week now and all seem to be for just 5 points.

There do seem to be fewer 'reward' emails from ipoints. Survey points also seem to be reducing, not just from ipoints, but other survey companies too.

i havent had a click through email in ages, i thought it was something to do with the website saying my email address is not valid, but ive had a couple of regular emails off them so maybe not

They are paper vouchers.No problem using them.Used them over the counter and you have to show them before ordering.

just checked my acc and i've not had one for the whole of jan either, whilist i was logged on did notice a 5 pt poll

Ive had a handful this month but mostly in the last week or so, spotted the poll the other day, just keep being frustrated by not being suitable for the surveys as I'm only 200 points away from the redemption I want.

Does anyone get ipoints for doing the surveys from surveys.com?. i have been doing them for two years and have never got paid ever!.

I've had to chase up a number of points recently from unpaid surveys. I've been forwarding each survey to ipointsviews@ipoints.co.uk and adding a note to say that I haven't yet been paid. I then get an answer back (eventually) from an Alex Goss and the points are manually added.

I've done quite a few surveys for surveys.com and received payment.

For those that haven't been paid send a copy of the invitation email to

[EMAIL="pamhughes@surveys.com"]pamhughes@surveys.com[/EMAIL]

and hopefully, she will sort it for you.
