There are 3 short polls on the left hand side of ipoints homepage, worth 5 points each.0

I did this and she just fobbed me off with, that i have to check my ipoints account and that the points take a week or two to come through!.
I have been doing them for 2 years!. Next time i get a survey from them i'm deleting it!!
I noticed their blog hadnt been updated since 2007!.I've done quite a few surveys for surveys.com and received payment.
For those that haven't been paid send a copy of the invitation email to
pamhughes@surveys.com
and hopefully, she will sort it for you.
Good luck0 -
I have been doing surveys for survey.com now for probably the same period if not longer Jen.
I have never received a single point.
My account has not been updated since 2007 either!
I contacted both ipoints and surveys.com.
Ipoints washed there hands of it saying contact Pam Hughes.
I did receive a reply from some one at survey.com sadly deleted when I asked about the points....they replied "you are registered"?
After contacting Pam Hughes directly I received what I can only call the "brush -off"
She told me that their system was not automatic and that all points have to be added manually I still await any.
It was also suggested (insult coming) that I perhaps could not differentiate between an entry into the draw and the completion of a survey :mad:The years starts today ....0 -
Well I tried again being more forceful and got the same reply.....
Dear Pam ,
Further to previous memos I would like to point out I have NEVER
received any ipoints for the few surveys received and COMPLETED. I
always based this on trust...I note website account not updated since
2007 and for what is on there no points ever received.
I now keep track and todate no rewards received for these completed surveys

Dear .......
Thank you for your message. If you would like to check your ipoints rewards details, go to https://www.ipoints.co.uk and log in to view your rewards for completing surveys. You should be able to find points there for surveys you've completed together with information about what they can be exchanged for.
Unfortunately the allocation of ipoints is not yet automated, so the process can take several weeks to be completed. This means that any surveys you've recently completed may not be showing. Also, you may not qualify for some of the surveys that are sent to you (after answering the first few questions) and in those cases you will be included in a prize draw rather than receive ipoints.
I hope this answers your questions and I look forward to inviting you to participate in another survey in the near future.
Regards,
Pam Hughes

I have suspected for some time that ipoints don't give all the credit they are supposed to, so I have set up a system to chase my points. All ipoints emails are filed into their own ipoints folder either when I have clicked through to the site (and CTs seem to be credited to the account instantaneously, so I may stop doing this) or when I have completed the survey. All the surveys have a reference number, so that I can chase unpaid surveys and provide a copy of the original email if necessary.
Go and do thou likewise!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
Ipoints was the last of the sites I list in folders..........I am looking at a growing Toluna one at the moment :mad:The years starts today ....0

Has anyone received Marks and Spencer vouchers recently ?
I've been waiting ages for mine.0 -
Well have I bee in my bonnet now!
I sent another email to Pam Hughes copying in Ipoints and sent them a copy of my account my Surveys.com account that hasn't been updated since 2007. It clearly states "surveys completed" I have made it as plain as daylight that I have never received any ipoints.
I got a reply in a different coloured font as if to polish up the reply....dont all groan at once

It's crazy! I would ask them to check your account and advise the dates that the surveys have been credited to your account.
The reply should be interesting.
Good luck0 -
