I chased for my Golden Lounge iPoints just before Christmas and then again yesterday. I had a screenshot of my account details (that I managed to get Golden Lounge themselves to send me :j) to prove I met the wagering requirement of deposit £35 and spend both it and the £35 bonus. After yesterday's email my 17000 points were credited today. So it can still happen ... so don't give up yet. Make sure you always keep sign-up emails and take screenshots of deposits and game history.
Good luck,
jokerdog
I have got my 17000 points for Goldenlounge today as well so it might be worth chasing them again.I also printed a screenshot of my account which i sent to ipoints.0 -

If you save your screenshot as a jpg file, you don't have to print it - just attach it to your message to them (there is a facility to do this at the bottom). I have chased up on my points for a utility switch. It credits me with 3200 points, and also shows 1500 ipoints goodwill points - presumably an apology for having forgotten me! :jEx board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -

Yes of course, that's what they're for!
Just back from Sainsbury's, in fact, where I spent an ipoints voucher. As a point of interest, they asked me where I had got it, as they don't do paper vouchers at that (quite large) store - but they agreed with me that it was valid, and took it happily.
Sainsbury's don't give change, though, whereas M& S will put any change on to a gift card for later, and Waitrose will actually give you cash. :TEx board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
