Nvm, seen the site. Looks good if you use the casinos.

Looks like the survey police for surveys.com ........I asked them could they please supply the dates and the amounts that thay had allegedly credited to ipoints ..... these phantom points they keep insisting I have . I got this biggest ever tosh they could send

    Dear Pam
I am starting to believe your not human but an autobot..........but I am happy to give the benefit of the doubt.

I know how to check my account @ ipoints....I REALLY DO HONESTLY.
I know it's a busy world for many but can I ask you a BIG BIG favour.
Can you please check my account?
Can you please advise me perhaps even list the dates of completed surveys and more importantly HOW MANY AND ON WHAT DATES ipoints have been issued ?

Due to the data protection act we are not allowed to access your account. If you would like more information about your ipoints account, then go to www.ipoints.co.uk.

    Surveys.com

Further to this I fired off another email and got a very swift reply (it was a very abrupt email with the threat of survey police)

In the body of the email it was revealed to me that "We cannot provide you with details of the surveys which you have completed."

"If you have the links to the surveys which you have completed, please forward them to me, so that I can investigate your claim."

Says it all really ........... keep the links and emails!

I went to `my account > ipolls and surveys` and i have actually been credited with some survey points, im not sure if this is from surveys.com or not though
    :)
  • If you keep the emails inviting you to complete the surveys, they have all got a reference number, which should match the number you get when you are eventually credited with the points for completing them. That way you know which are missing, and can chase ipoints for your points! :D

My balance is normal, they also have three or four short polls on site today.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

  • I lost 4000 points yesterday. I emailed them and they said they had given me too many points in the past, and corrected this now (without any notification). I don't think this is on, to do this with no explanation! :(

This has also happened to me. I had 1,025 ipoints cancelled. I've never noticed being 'overpaid' in ipoints. If this is going to be happening alot, there's no point using it.

What can you get for 12,500 iPoints? You can get that much by depositing £40 and wagering it on William Hill Casino.

A lot. JOhn Lewis, Sainsbury's, Asda vouchers are all 2,740 for £10. So you could get £50 off your shopping...
  • Yes, but this isn't the best return - £50 for £40 invested. Sometimes you can get double what you invest......

The exception is (and I haven't read the T & C at this casino yet) if you can put half on red and half on black on roulette. Some casinos specifically exclude this as counting towards spending your initial investment (especially if you don't opt out of any bonus scheme)
