Well have I bee in my bonnet now!
I sent another email to Pam Hughes copying in Ipoints and sent them a copy of my account my Surveys.com account that hasn't been updated since 2007. It clearly states "surveys completed" I have made it as plain as daylight that I have never received any ipoints.
I got a reply in a different coloured font as if to polish up the reply....dont all groan at once
If you would like to check your ipoints rewards details, go to www.ipoints.co.uk and log in to view your rewards for completing surveys. You should be able to find points there for surveys you've completed together with information about what they can be exchanged for.
Regards,
Pam Hughes

If it helps, i contact iPoints for the My surveys ones that havent been added and they have always added them for me0 -
This has been the response todate of ipoints
Although we do run some surveys for surveys.com, we can only deal with enquiries from surveys sent from ourselves - this has been sent from surveys.com.
Surveys.com actually credit these points for their surveys independently. As a result we cannot actually view reports of who filled in surveys.com surveys and can therefore not credit points on their behalf.
Your contact at surveys.com for all surveys that they have emailed to you is: pamhughes@surveys.com

Ive received this response from them before and sent copy of survey invitation to Pam Hughes. But it definitely looks like you're being given the runaround.
Good luck0 -
Hi there,
I wondered if anyone knew of someone at Ipoints that could help me get my points. I have chased and chased but I keep getting fobbed off. I am now owed over 1000 points from 3 different merchants. They have all exceeded the 90 days.
There used to be someone at Ipoints that got you your points almost straight away but she appears to have left as the email address is rejected.
Any advice appreciated
thanks

Dear Pam
I am starting to believe your not human but an autobot..........but I am happy to give the benefit of the doubt.
I know how to check my account @ ipoints....I REALLY DO HONESTLY.
I know it's a busy world for many but can I ask you a BIG BIG favour.
Can you please check my account?
Can you please advise me perhaps even list the dates of completed surveys and more importantly HOW MANY AND ON WHAT DATES ipoints have been issued ?
Due to the data protection act we are not allowed to access your account. If you would like more information about your ipoints account, then go to www.ipoints.co.uk.

Further to this I fired off another email and got a very swift reply (it was a very abrupt email with the threat of survey police)
In the body of the email it was revealed to me that "We cannot provide you with details of the surveys which you have completed."
"If you have the links to the surveys which you have completed, please forward them to me, so that I can investigate your claim."
Says it all really ........... keep the links and emails! The years starts today ....0 -

Hi all,
Not sure if this is really old or not. But there is a banner click on the ipoints home page, it's top of the recommended on the right hand side:
Click here to learn more about the One Week Diet Programme and collect 5 ipoints.0 -
Is this ipoints thing really worth it? Seems a lot of hassle to chase up points for every survey.0

What can you get for 12,500 iPoints? You can get that much by depositing £40 and wagering it on William Hill Casino.0
