This company was the worst place I had ever worked, they deduct pay at the drop of a hat but expect you to work over your shifts for nothing. The desk managers are useless and some are really rude. Goal posts were often moved to suit the company/contract at workers expense most of the time and booking hours was a nightmare. The companies they have contracts for pay low and Sensee have no staff loyalty at all, basically it's a case if you don't like it, lump it or leave because there are plenty to fill your shoes. I am still in contact with people working for them and nothing has improved since I left. Everything people have said on here is true, don't get sucked in with the idealistic notion of working from home you will never have a good life balance with this place. If you search well you will find other companies you can work at home for.0

Sensee are recruiting again and I wonder if anyone has any recent experience of working for them?
I am considering applying at the moment, but concerned as I will have for fork out for a new desktop and separate wired broadband/phoneline and don't want to make that commitment if they are not a good company to work for.0 -

Sensee is always recruiting. Their staff turnover is very high, and when I worked there my TL told me that they had never been able to get the staff complement for the project up to the client's requirements.0

Oh well I didn't pass the webcam interview, which is just as well as the initial outlay just to set up would have been costly for me.0
