Just claimed my next £5 swagbucks voucher. I haven't had a daily survey for over a week now. Any ideas? I have tried IE and Chrome.
Off to Mr A's tonight whilst DS is swimming to see what they are giving away:rotfl:

  • I've had a productive day today £1.51 from TCB, £18 for some freelance work and £180 refund from gas company. My monthly total is now at £209.01.

Today I have also done some work on surveys and other sites, I just need to see the reward for this effort and I will be happy.

have you checked your surveys? the ones where you update about yourself? yours maybe out of date, or they may have published new ones. make sure you have completed all these.

    oops these are trusted surveys!

not sure about the daily survey. do you mean the ones available to everybody?

check your trusted surveys you will probably have better luck there.

Sorry everyone, not ignoring you. I try to read on my phone at least even if I can't comment but this week has been a bit manic.

anyway, well done to everybody! :T:T:beer::beer: even if the pennies are not yet rolling in, you are doing a good job of making them!

emmaglet, well done to BF for getting a job, and yay to discount :T, and well done on getting your settlement. Must be a weight off your mind, not having to worry about the industrial tribunal now.

soolin - :A thank you so much for all your helpful posts about ebay and such. you are as always a font of knowledge and I really appreciate it.

MrsCautious - yes by all means add a bit to your signature to show money saved. It is lovely to look at it and see it going up throughout the year, when you realise how much you have saved even if not physical by smarter shopping/changing providers/making that "I am leaving you" phonecall to get a better deal, etc.

the wins/freebies/money, etc. I always say only include savings like this if you are going to take the physical money and save it/pay off a debt/creditor. It means more then, otherwise it may just be virtual money made.

But you can have in your signature how much you have saved separate to the challenge by just switching suppliers, etc as stated above.

novagirl well done on ebay sales

dorajar - sorry but had to laugh at free sunburn. hope you are feeling better.

Purpleroses - well done on bingo win and whoop to raising money for challenge to £15 a day.

haybel19 and mrscautious well done on carboot sale

edsjad - nice idea but as soolin says you need to be careful with rushing out to buy things to sell on, as value can drop very quickly. But it may work for cheaper things, rather than trying to upsell books on amazon, etc.

CEW well done on your comp wins and Nat21luv
    :beer:too

Djelhi-Bhelli good luck on completing your degree :j

CP - well done on your marathon! :T was thinking about you on sat. and will reply to PM tomorrow! sorry :o

iMutual official representative - nice to see you reading our thread too :) let me know if I give out wrong info please.

GA - well done on your scratchie win! never seen anyone win that high an amount before! :)

Thank you Aesop really kind of you to be so very helpful. I hope you realise what a difference this thread can make to people and regularly give yourself a massive pat on the back. For me, I'm not in any debt but switching from a two income family to being by myself in traumatic circumstances is a huge and urgent learning curve.

I worked out that thanks to efforts to stick to £180-£200 a month on groceries for the three of us, having changed utility, mobile phone and broadband suppliers and getting a better deal on home insurance, I have saved around £4,000 a year.
