Well done fairy on getting that step closer to being debt free.

I know the exact feeling I always getted stressed out when the 0% ends. I've got 3k on card ending next month, I'm hoping to balance transfer again. The balance has gone from Tesco, MBNA, barclaycard, M&S and hopefully back to Barclaycard next month.

I've finally stopped spending on this card and use another card for weekly shops and pay in full every month.

I found this site really helps me feel more positive about tackling my debts. What's really helped me was working through the budget planner and setting up a few current/savings accounts to split all my income into separate pots. I also use an app which keeps track of all my accounts and spends, which helps me see that by keeping to my budget that I will reach my goal in 2 years time. :D

What app do you use, I have downloaded a few but cant find one that works for me, and also most free ones are limited and american!!

    Ta :D

Valued opinions up to £9 and keep crashing out of surveys!

Back on swag bucks and maximiles, slowly building up.

Saved £30 fuel as was off work ill, but not counting as countless prescriptions cost me £31.40 plus over the counter medicines!!! :(

thanks to angelsmadv for a very concise list :) but if there are any more that we post, just make a list and we will explain.

I will sometimes post MS - MysteryShopping

Pinecone or the shy forest people - is pinecone research a fab survey company, link near end of first post, to apply.

I sometimes use abbreviations of people's names depending on familiarity to talk to them/about them, eg CP is CountingPennies.

we talk about apps which are found on smartphones like apptrailer, textbroker, qustodian, etc.

sometimes people refer to ebay like bay of e, fleabay, etc.

let me know any you come across you don't understand.

Thanks AngelsMadv, Aesop and Fairyclicks, very helpful.

I use http://grahamhaley.co.uk/accounts/ it's only available for iPhone and windows phone. The free version is limited to 25 transactions. Well worth the 1.49 I think I paid for the full version.

    I've been Money Tipped!
After a 12-18 months of my washing machine being temperamental it ended up flooding the kitchen TWICE yesterday before dying altogether. So, enough is enough! I've had to get a new one, and unfortunately it had to be on credit. However, it is on interest free for now (will hopefully pay off before the interest hits), and i also went through quidco, and i also had a code for 10% off with a free gift. Won't include the 10%, but once quidco pays out i'll include that. God knows what the free gift is, possibly some piece of tat, but it might make a stocking filler/christmas gift for somebody!

I've got lots of auctions started. Hoping to do another 20 today. I have some major catching up to do don't i?? I'll made £30 so far this month! I have done 2 forest surveys however i'm not counting them till i cash out now. Saving them for christmas!

Anyway, have a good day everyone!
