  • Evening all.

After a busy week with sickness and work, I feel miles behind you busy lot. Well done on your progress xx

    Congrats on the exchange Ionafan

Fingers crossed for an easy night pigpen.

Came home from work to a house full of children - 3 different families. My best mate had been shopping and bought enough food for all of us, prepped and cooked it. Washed up. Made pudding. Took the kids to youth club. Bought a bottle of wine and stuck it in my fridge and has just been to collect the kids again. I swear she is an :A

She's just left, taking DD with her for a sleepover and will have her whilst I take DS to his football tournament tomorrow.

The only thing I've done since I got in is load up the car boot to go to the tip tomorrow enroute. Looking forward to sitting on a picnic blanket watching DS play and doing little else. It's been a very hard week. This sickness bug has floored me.

I'll keep popping in and hopefully will achieve much more over the weekend.

    Have a lovely one ......

    TMD xx

    Evening everyone.

Well! DH got up before I left for my first appointment, put the kettle on, opened the cupboard door to get a teabag and checked the Flying list to see what he had to do today!!!:j:T:D

I had already vacuumed through, done a machine load of washing & hung it out and cleaned the study window whilst doing synchronising of learner files on the system but he still had a few things to do.

We won't be doing much tomorrow although I will do the ironing first thing. I have a fasting bloodtest at 11.30 as part of the Focus on Mothers 3 at ALSPAC, then a DEXA Scan, BP, pQCT, memory tests, hand grips, chair rises, balance tasks, 3D whole body scan (nasty - shows all the wobbly bits! :o) and a motion sensor to wear for 7 days. DH is going to his favourite motorbike shop to meet with his friend and have a cooked breakfast as they have a cafe. When he comes to collect me, we're going to the P & R then to College Green for the Feed the 5K event, meet DD & family, and just had a call from DB to say he's going with his family too! Should be a lovely day.

Leftovers will have to wait until Sunday but now look like this:

    Manic Monday
    Kitchen, Utility, Dining Room
    Level 1 - done
    Level 2
Pull out a large appliance & clean behind & under it!
    Level 3 - done
    Extras

Clean light fittings - will do this when I replace two light bulbs at the weekend
    Twinkling Tuesday
    Living Room, Halls, Stairs
    Level 1 - done
    Level 2 - done
    Level 3 - done
    Extras
Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself
    Wacky Wednesday
    Bathrooms, Study, Office
    Level 1 - done
    Level 2
    Clear any clutter from desk
Dust & polish PC & desk.
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches & mouse etc

    Level 3 - done
    Extras - done#
    Thrilling Thursday
Master Bedroom, guest rooms & Landing
    Level 1 - done
    Level 2 - done
    Level 3 - done
    Extras
    Wipe grotty paintwork
    Clean boots & winter coats.
    Fantastical Friday
    Treatment room & Den
    Level 1 - done
    Make half an
hour to do something for yourself! (having that Sports Massage at 5.30 - ouch!!! I AM black and blue, rather sore, but don't ache as much as I did.
    Level 2
    Clear a bookshelf or two.
    Wash windows & curtains.

    Level 3
Tidy the cupboards /drawers of clothes
Wipe grotty marks from the walls and paintwork

    Extras
Dust the light fittings/curtain poles etc
    MUST FINISH CASE STUDIES!!!

I am so pleased as the house is definitely looking better and DH seems to be just as happy to have things to do.

Off for some supper to keep me going till after the blood tests. Night all, sleep well, God bless. Hugs, sticks and spoons - PRN. xxx

    Evening all

    Ionafan great news

Frodders hope you had a great evening

Really slipping with the flying, only laundry done again. I have eaten all the front garden frogs though.

At cricket for most of tomorrow so ill catch up on loads of reading, must charge tablet and download stuff in the morning.

Sunday I plan to finish all the back garden jobs (not as many as the front).

Next week I'll aim to get back to flying and decorator should be coming to do outside windows and I'm hoping LR french doors which will please DH as that room won't be far off finished then.
