    HiAll

Got sod all done flying wise last night, we had our delivery of soil & chips - 3 tonne in all, I was shovelling & then wheelbarrowing it all from front to back garden (DH is backshift & turf arrives today). I am in absolute agony today & DH gave mea telling off when he got in, as I had 2 tonne of it done when he came in, the 3rd bag we only needed a little from it. We were in the back garden until around 10 last night getting the ground prepped!! In the middle of doing this, I had to go to Mr A & then my cousins to drop a birthday pressie off. Hopefully will get some done tonight DH is away to work & turf still not delivered but my FIL says if its delivered by3.30 then he will start laying it, this has been a long time coming, & finally can see the end in sight, I will be able to enjoy my garden at last!!! My bed was all stripped & protectors & sheet put back on but we slept without pillowcases & quilt cover as I had no energy left!!

I don't know what your Step Plan is, btw HB, but I shall be looking for a post saying you've done it.;)

My version of a step plan is a way of creating a tidy, organised thing out of the complete and utter muddled mess that I have created.

Your skirt and Mrs MP's button are inspiring me to carry on when I get disheartened by the sheer scale of the task.
    Better is good enough.

    Afternoon all

I've chewed but not swallowed one frog.
    Eaten another small one
    WMx1 on

    Not much is it?

LW well done on eating yours.

Going to have a cuppa now and sort out a snack for DS3 as he has cricket. Plan to pop into town whilst he is there and to Mr L.

Got DS2 to fill in a form for his lost bus pass and it is at the depot so they are sending it back - that saves £20 and a load of hassle.

The weather is not helping my mood - my get -up-and-go has disappeared....

Chilli in slow cooker, butternut squash soup made and in fridge. Birthday card bought for mum. Baking spuds in the oven...

Come on - get a grip and get on with it! Those clothes won't put themselves away...

    Afternoon All

Did LOADS yesterday, which in hindsight was probably a bit daft as I went on to have the shift from hell last night, I was on the go all night and only sat down at 4.45am to scoff a sarnie whilst doing paperwork. Still, it was lovely to walk through the door at 8 this morning to a fairly sparkly house!

"walk" is probably the wrong word - I was moving more like a crab with arthritis.

just the basics for today methinks.

Truly.. Ds3 arrived at 30 weeks that is 3.5 weeks away.. I need to get stuff straightish by then. In reality it will probably arrive later than that but I canf risk things not being sorted.

The bed covers are hurting my toe lol

Oooh, you really are on tight timescale then, I hadn't realised. I have every faith in you that you will have it done in time.

Skint - I can't even begin to contemplate how fed up and uncomfortable you must be.

Lambanana - Congrats on the PPI - Sorry to be nosey, however, did you do it all yourself through this site, or through a company? I had a dig around in my paperwork and I don't think I have a claim to put in, however I often receive phone calls/texts from companies offering to chase up on my behalf. My suspicious nature says "scammers", but I don't have time to get to the bottom of this under my own steam. What do you guys think? Put it into the hands of someone else or dig deep and find some va-va-voom? My lazy side is saying, it's money I never had, so let someone do the work for me and take a "cut".

Been at paid stuff all day so no flying to report. Off for a Mystery Shopping meal shortly. Very tired and just bitten OH's head off - he's not happy. Think I'll have to go kiss and make up.
