Thrilling Thursday - Bathroom and study!!
[STRIKE]Clear and declutter the desk of doom!![/STRIKE] our desk is clutter free anyway *smug*
Declutter the floors and sofas! hmm...less clear!
    Vacuum floors
    Dust the fluff away
    Wipe over the sofas/chairs/desk etc
Scrub the bath, shower, basins and loos
    Scrub down the tiles
[STRIKE]Wash any bath mats, shower curtains etc that are in need
[/STRIKE] no washing, still no machine

    Clean the windows and mirrors
    [STRIKE]Delete 50 unwanted emails!
    Defrag the pc
    [/STRIKE]

Clean out the vacuum cleaner.. wash the filters etc make sure all are dry before rebuilding! - you're supposed to wash the filters  definitely needs a new bag, I'll do that.

    My list for Thursday
    Collect gig ticket
Sort out baskets of clean washing into to iron and to put away (iron the ironing and put away the put away!)
    HHI

In other news for us I got my PPI refund :money:that has covered the cost of our new washing machine so we didn't have to dip into other pots and has allowed me to top up our emergency fund ready should we have future problems. I'm paying a bit into my credit card but as I'm on 0% APR at the moment anyway with plans to cover the debt before that runs out but we don't have an emergency pot I feel that's the best thing to do with the money at the moment. Such a relief though to have the washer paid for like that!
Official DFW Nerd Club - Member #398 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts :T
CC: £6412.95 (0% APR until Feb 2015 which I'm hoping is also my DFD!)
Currently awaiting the outcome of a PPI claim which may bring forward my DFD, fingers and toes crossed!

Toe healing vibes to Pigpen. I feel your pain, having broken one of mine last year while flying although I wasn't carrying a hatchling at the time. Jaw-healing vibes to Skint, the thought of having to start all over again is depressing beyond compare. LW: I can remember how relieved you were last time when you thought you'd found another [STRIKE]sucker[/STRIKE] volunteer.

Hiya - I"m being cheeky and using Honey Bear's post! I also broke my little toe last summer and, for a little bone, it was SO painful. Good healing vibes, Pigpen.

Welcome to lampshade. Like everyone says, use babysteps, and start in a small way - it's amazing how much inspiration and support come from this lovely site. My two-pennyworth is to recommend spending even 5 or 10 minutes 'putting the house to bed' at night - tidying cushions etc, removing rubbish, washing up or stacking the DW, wiping the kitchen surfaces - and if you've an early start the next day - get your coat, bag, money, paperwork etc ready. It really does help!

This is my 'toast and cuppa before work' time; today I've cleaned the bathroom, sorted a pile of paperwork and papers, and de-cluttered, and boxed up a huge pile of art stuff to go to my niece this weekend. OH is going to clean the bases of the kitchen units this aft and I'll clean the conservatory when I get home.

Good vibes and good wishes to everyone, R x

I'm pleased to report that my skirt is now repaired and back on its hanger in the wardrobe.:T Thanks for the company mrs mp - how'd you get on with your buttons? - and the promise of a kick HB.;)

I don't know what your Step Plan is, btw HB, but I shall be looking for a post saying you've done it.;)

Rowan Tree if I was near you, I'd happily repair your cat's toy; I'm fine with doing repairs for others, it's just my own stuff that sits there gathering dust!:D

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Photogenic I've been Money Tipped!
    Afternoon all.

Had a bad night here, didn't get to sleep until gone 4.30am, then from 6am until 10am when I gave up and got up, I was disturbed by numerous things, including remembering that a customer had sent me a text order on Saturday I hadn't written up so its a blooming good job I got distracted by videos etc about that December festivity and didn't do paid stuff last night :o

So I've decided that we'll run errands tomorrow instead of today and tomorrow. I'm shattered and likely to get shopping-rage the way I'm feeling despite 3 cups of coffee. This will also save me £4 in bus fare but means setting the alarms tomorrow so we don't sleep in. :o

    Whats left of todays plan:

    Change beds
    Baths for both of us
    Wash up - DD
Laundry x 4 loads (including bedding I hope!)
Paperwork - DD, she can finish sorting through her old school work and put all the paper recycling out that she's creating ;)
Paperwork - me, paid stuff, fix something for DD on her homework so she can get it printed, finances, email
Tea - going to see if DD wants to attempt to make something other than pasta or pizza ;):rotfl:

Other flying can wait until Saturday while DD is out with her dad. Right, I'm off to chase DD into the bath, strip my bed, and get the first wash load on.
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!
